Nothing the ad said a king bed was in the room and there was no king bed. Everything! The ads were completely misleading I really want my money back. The staff was rude. And the pictures and ad said king bed... They don't have kings or two doubles at all in the entire place. So I paid expecting one thing and got something completely different when I got there. If I could figure out how to get a refund through Booking I would. It was awful!!!

The property was on a good spot near every thing needed and quiet area The people running it extremely poor service, the emergency numbers they give don’t work so u better get there before 7. Super dark at night very little light there is no one and I truly mean no one there at night so if someone needs help ur out of luck unlike other places where they have people available around the clock on different shifts. It looked more like people lived there like apartments versus a place for people to visit while in town. They said late check in ok we get there at 8pm and sat for hours waiting and calling looking for help with children been on rd 6hrs and instead they were still stuck in the car and to make it worse we were stranded until we could find another place on such short notice. The sky fell and we were still stuck u know how hard it is to find a place in the middle of the night suitable for children and don’t look like people are trying to get paid for their services. SMH ‍♀️ I felt so bad for my babies cause they were suffering and I felt like it was my fault. My sister was placed on hospice and we booked a room and rushed to see her and on top of it all we had to go through this. Emergency funds tied up in last reservation and had to hope we got extra money to make it back home and to stay somewhere else. We found nice place who looked out for us and understood our situation they worked with us and I will forever be grateful

I mean, it’s in a good spot right off Jimmy Carter so it is conveniently located, but that’s about it So I’ve stayed here a couple times and the first couple of rooms that I had weren’t terrible. But the last room I had there were roaches in it and you would see him on a pretty regular basis and the AC wasn’t working properly so it would blow air, but it wasn’t cold air. It also didn’t have a microwave in that one particular room.

I like my room and I like my stay there it safe and convenient for me and my family

The stay was ok Nicole was great the rooms were ok

Filthy room It stunk so bad in the hotel that I literally bought my own mop to try to mop the floor and get the room to smell better

Traveled over 6 hours and when we got there where told hotel was closed and the they could not get in touch with us when no one called us. Sent messages and was told room was available. Thankfully was never charged. Very poor communication

This hotel got too much issues

I didn't like anything from the time l was show a room down stairs by the staff and it was so dirty. I even asked them to clean it which they refused. I was been told by an lndia lady that l should leave they have not got a room for me . This India lady was very nasty her customer service is very bad l only like all these issues to be addressed by the India. They really not a nice person. I am disabled they didn't help me with my language it was another person checking in who help me with my language. I don't like the way l was treated has a disabled person by the lndia. I was giving upstairs the woman didn't help me all she was doing was abuse me and said l was rude because 1 refused to accept two rooms show to me downstairs and it was very dirty. With dogs hair cockroach where in the room They rooms toilets where never clean it was an bad experience for me has a disabled person.

The place is not clean and laundry room does not work. You would need to extermine the cockroaches yourself for your room, but they´ll keep coming

Clean quiet

I like the fact that it is convenient to a lot of places to eat in the area I mean, there was quite a bit, but the main thing for me were the roaches and the fact that the AC wasn’t working. I even tried to call the front office and tell them I think it might need Freon and they said that they would have somebody come and take a look at it, but that didn’t happen. There was also no microwave and it was just an overall kind of rough condition which I expect because of the money that you’re saving, but it’s the middle of summer and I feel like the AC should have been a priority.

I checked out of my room cleaner than when I checked in..

This is not a well kept property and I would rather sleep in the streets furniture is deteriorated like a like it gotten wet and moldy smell looks decent on outside inside is runned down like a bad trap house

Yes. It was completely filthy. Work socks in the cabinets. No garbage cans or microwave. They wouldn’t give us any towels because it was “the weekend”. It was awful !

I like my room and my stay here no complaints

Needs improvement..laundry room needs to be open.
