Breakfast was a not as good as usual but I think it was because everyone came at the same time and we ran out of food. It was replenished but after we had left. Hotel is nice to stay at and I am sure its a one time thing

The air in the main hotel was out and the room thermostat needed batteries so I couldn't change the temperature in the room. My digital key didn't work either.

Overall, I would rate the breakfast 4/10. While the rooms and parking were excellent, I hope the hotel improves the breakfast selection and service for future guests.

This worked well for a quick overnight. Beds were comfortable and clean. Property looked a bit dated and a little run down. Check in was quick and easy.

The air conditioning unit was not working, and a maintenance guy came and said it was working perfectly. However, all of us were sweating, and the floor was wet due to the humidity. I think they should refund my entire amount because it was not worth it.

I didn't have to wait for the elevator and went right to my room. While the polish sausage was very tasty (eggs were okay ... probably powdered), neither was extremely hot. I was quite surprised because Hamptons are known for the food being very tasty and very hot. Room was very comfortable and clean. I did take the makeup wipes down to the desk before checkout, as the one that I started to use the night before had a "poop" smell. I'd never seen/smelled anything like that when using a hotel makeup wipe. Thankfully, I had one with me in my suitcase ... just used the one in the bathroom since it was closer. The date on the wipe label was expired by a couple/three months. The staff member told me upon checkout that she had informed Housekeeping. I was glad to hear that because research on my phone indicated that bacteria can cause such a smell ... and can possibly cause skin irritation. I'm glad I stopped when I did and didn't continue over all my face. I did only my eyelids and nose area when that smell erupted! I did notice the following morning that my eyes were a bit puffy ... and I got about 10 hours sleep that night. Parking was extremely plentiful.
