Did not have the room available even though I booked ahead. Instead I was put in a backup room.

It was all a disaster, terrible is all that i can say

one day that much was clear. checking-in was a long process despite there being 2 people on the staff. didnt use the other amenities but cant imagine they'd be much better. overall, its good for a place to sleep and thats it

Very good place to stay

It was not a place I would ever stay again. Room old nasty and outdated

Room clearly wasnt cleaned throughly, A/C leaking out the bottom soaking the carpet, the GFI outlet in the bathroom was tripped and could not be reset, the pullout sofa had stains and dried blood on the cushions and hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long, the shower curtain rod was broken on one side and coming out of the wall on the other, the painting/picture in the bathroom had mold and mildew inside it.

Great stay, very quiet. Peaceful and relaxing.

We were not happy with our stay at all. There were lots of riffraff in the parking lot at the doors and walking down and around the halls we also were not able to have television at all. There was no Wi-Fi hook up and we had called for at least two hours in a row to try and get a refund or at least move to another location and we’re not successful at all. We emailed you guys the property manager to hopefully get a refund but we’ve yet to see it or hear from anyone, we will not return to this property and we will be giving you a call to follow up on the full refund. Expedia said that we needed to be in touch with you all.

These room was nice and cool and clean. Staff was okay. Didn't try the pool. Overall great place, just outrageous deposit

Lo unico que no me gusto es que no habia hielo de la maquina. Había que ir a lobby a buscar hielo donde también habia mas gente que podia tocar esos hielos con sus vasos y eso para mi eso antigienico.

Unfortunately, my room was not clean upon arrival. There was hair in the bathroom, the toilet had not been properly cleaned, and the towels had a strong urine odor. This made the room feel unsanitary and significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and was very disappointed with the condition of the room.
