My room was nice and comfortable and cozy

It was extremely dirty , carpets were stain3ed , each hallway smell like cat pee or dog pee . We asked for a a vacuum because it was so much leftover trash from the last people that was in it. also went to Walmart to pick up cleaning supplies because the curtain had a mold stain and we found bugs in the bathroom.

The room was decent bed comfortable place quiet overall I did not like the fact I was not told before reservation, they did not have elevators anywhere on the property..placed on the 2nd floor and had to take the stairs. Having to brainstorm how I was going to get all my stuff up the stairs and the room was all the way at the end..I eventually told them to put me on the first floor and was put in a handicap accessible room with the tub drainage system not working properly.

Room smells like pet urine due to them allowing pets at the facility the hallways even have a smell do not recommend the only thing is nice and smells good is the front lobby

price was good for the badget the place looks like had have better days 25 years ago.Tv cable poor (10 channels).Smells in the hallways,staff not really friendly and I spent two nights and nobody clean my room,

The hotel claims to be non-smoking, but the smell of cigarettes and weed was everywhere—from the hallways to the rooms. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and smelled strongly of mildew and urine. Within minutes of walking in, I noticed multiple issues that made me question how this place is still operating. To make matters worse, there were roaches crawling around the room. Nothing looked like the photos advertised online. We completely felt catfished. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and book somewhere else.

No business center Computers don’t work Towels are old and scratch your skin Getting housekeeping is almost impossible. I had to have a AC unit swapped out. They wouldn’t even come and clean up the mess that the maintenance man made. No working ice machines. Only two functioning microwaves. They have a system for getting ice that is unsafe and unsanitary. You don’t have to worry about being bothered. Except for the other guests having parties on the weekends. The staff does there best to avoid you.

This place needs to be condemned and shut down! The TV nor plugs didn’t work! The staff is rude and unconcerned! It is filthy, the rugs smell and have spots all over. When I checked out this morning some animal poop (I hope) was outside a room!!! If I could give it a -0 (negative) zero, I would!!!!! I WILL NEVER-EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!

My Ac stopped working Saturday, no maintenance until Monday. Did change my room because I would’ve had to downsize. Lack of functional services

Location, bed was comfortable. They have roaches. Room service is poor. If you like to hear other peoples music played loud this is the place for you! Carpet was filthy in hall and the room.

I had to call housekeeping to come sweep everything up. Unfortunately, changing rooms didn’t make much sense at that point since I had already been woken up by pieces falling onto my bed. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

There no elevator, the hallways smell like dog and dog pee, theirs dog poop in the middle of every doorway going in to the hotel

The ac in the first room didnt work and neither did the TV. I originally reserved a room with a king bed. I had to move to a room that had double beds and the mini fridge didn't work and the person in the room next to me kept smoking and it came into my room. I have lung problems and I cannot be around smoke. Told the front desk said they would look into it. I left and went about my day and get back to the room they had switched the mini fridge out but my room was over come with cigarette smoke, now remember this is supposed to be a smoke free motel. Signs are everywhere about no smoking 🚭 walk down the hallways and you could smell it. I was moved a second time to another room the smoke was gone. The person from the front desk helped me to move my belongings to the new room. I asked the person in the room I was moving from if they smelled the smoke and they had an excuse about not smelling it and you could smell if strongly. The people that work there ignore the people that smoke in their rooms or on the property. I deserve some of my money back I never had the room I reserved with the king which I paid for only to be put into a room with double beds. Needless to say I won't be using this motel again. Not worth the hassle.

No amenities, outside of the front desk. Service is non existent. Housekeeping will steal if they actually attend to your room. Front desk will make note of your request, it just won’t be followed through. The towels and bedding is worn and dated. Plug in more than two things and you’ll blow a fuse. Housekeeping staff. Old towels that are hard and abrasive.

N/a Had to switch rooms 3 times. A/C didn't work. TVs didn't work as work. Need my money back
