They never told me about the 75 deposit when I booked online because I paid that at the counter

The staff was great everyone is very nice and the rooms were clean.

The bed was comfy. The staff were welcoming. The courtyard looked nice. (We didn't utilize it because of the outside temp being so warm.) It was not too far off the interstate, so the drive wasn't bad going back and forth to the hospital where my father was The taxes and fees were lower here than closer in town to the hospital, so we were able to stay at a nicer hotel for the same price as a not so nice hotel further in town. We expected a sit-down continental breakfast, and that is part of the reason I choose this hotel. Instead, we got a grab and go bag of drinks and snacks.... not my preference for breakfast.

The room and bed were comfortable. The staff was nice. The breakfast was a joke; the hotel was under renovation.

The pool was great and the grounds were cute liked the size of the room The ac wasn't good at all the room never cooled off enough to get comfortable or to sleep very well

The treadmill did not work. But overall clean.

The furniture in the bedroom was pretty old. The furniture made the room look dated otherwise it was very clean orderly, and had all the necessities.

The staff was nice. The location was good. Room was clean. The breakfast was a paper bag with an oatmeal pie, crackers and apple juice. Wich the staff never even mentioned or offered unless you asked them and they would bring it from the back. Pitiful excuse for a so called free breakfast. More like a snack. Very disappointing.

Fast check in and check out. Everything very clean and nice. The lobby area and hallways are hot seems like there is no air.

We picked this hotel over others and paid a little more because hot breakfast was included... We went downstairs at 7:30 in the morning... Breakfast area was completely empty and lights off nothing to be served... 😭 If they were not going to have breakfast I would have picked a different hotel...
