cleaning lady's are amazing. but pool was really dirty, and blinds was broken

Don't believe the pictures...either very old or very photoshopped. Staff was polite, but a bit stand offish.

The room was impeccably clean, and the bed provided exceptional comfort after the air conditioning was activated. The temperature remained comfortably cool throughout the day. There was a bloodstain observed on the pillow. The hotel premises, including the building and hallways, appear to be in need of updates, and the hallway temperature was uncomfortably high.

Bed had bugs bead spread was nasty room smelled really bad and I told the lady at the dask she did nothing about it

The cleaning crew was very kind After paying my deposit online they had me pay another deposit just to get my room key the Wi-Fi does say free but it does not work and I was on the first floor the general manager has a nasty attitude

I asked the young lady that day to get the original remote control for the TV she said I would have to talk to maintenance maintenance left for the day and never came back and that was on a Friday and they never got back until that following Tuesday very disappointed

Room had 1 chair in it, the wifi did not work, there were bugs in the room, the TV hardly worked, my girlfriend drank some tap water and immediately notice a odd taste from the top water.Then shortly after started vomiting became very ill. While asleep, she stood up in the middle of the night and projectile vomited all over my face in the middle of the night, causing me to throw up also. I called the front desk and got cussed out for even suggesting that it may have been their tap water that caused this. Well, let me have to leave. We needed a luggage cart, and they only have one for the whole entire hotel, so I had to wait for it to become available, which in turn made me late to check out, and I didn't get my $25 incidental back because They didn't have enough luggage cards.What type of hotel has one luggage cart!!! Worst hotel stay ever. Girlfriend sick vomets on me then I vomit then late to check out because they have one luggage cart. That's. Crazy I want my money back

An absolutely terrible experience—it was like a refugee camp. I had booked a room for three days, but due to the awful environment and service—including an Indian receptionist whose English was nearly impossible to understand—I decided to cancel on the very first day. The staff member claimed he lacked the authority to process the cancellation and told me to contact customer service. Customer service asked me to wait 72 hours for a response; I waited the full 72 hours without hearing a word, only to be told eventually that a refund wasn't possible. Is this hotel so broke that they have to resort to outright robbery? It’s absolute garbage. If you’re just going to steal money, you might as well do it directly—there’s no need to run a hotel just to scam people.

Nothing in particular. The room assigned to us had a strong humidity smell and was in poor condition. The property looks nothing like the photos on Booking — very misleading. Facilities are old and poorly maintained.

Clean room the staff was cool. Had issue with the air condition. Plenty of parking space

Nothing this place has the WORSE Staff ever. Rude, disrespectful and do not want to refund your deposit. Plus this place has roaches. The location.

Location Staff was rude af. Especially the front desk, they ask for your identification multiple time they out the day. They also have bugs and roaches.
