Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Norcross

Large clean room. LOVED the wood floor — so much more sanitary than carpet. Comfortable bed with good pillows. Loved the walk-in shower which had plenty of hot water, a free-flowing drain and convenient dispensers for body wash and shampoo. Lots of space to set luggage. Plenty of electrical outlets to charge devices. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Jay was very helpful in making sure I was assigned a room on the first floor as requested. Very limited space around the sink to set toiletries. The shower floor could use a good scrub – it was dirty looking and there were a number of hairs from the previous guest. Water pressure in the shower was very weak. Wifi was super slow.

Walking into this hotel it smelled so clean and fresh. The staff was so kind and greeted me everytime they saw me. It was a quiet environment. There was plenty of parking space and the breakfast was great!

This hotel is perfection at an amazing price. My new go to when in town! I found this hotel last minute after having a TERRIBLE experience with Quality Inn & Suites Union City - Atlanta South (poorly kept/very unsanitary)

The property is nice room and bathroom looks great Water pressure was so poor I can’t take a proper shower I had to check out earlier and they didn’t want to refund me for the night I didn’t sleep there because I checkout due to the water pressure and had to get another hotel for the night to be able to shower properly

Breakfast could've had more items and a cereal that was not sweet.

The room was an absolute mess, as soon as I sat on the bed 2 bugs came running out and we had another one under the tv stand, definitely don’t recommend, we didn’t stay we left and went and stayed up the road, staff is not very educated in hotel efficiency and policy. Will not stay at another one again!

Room was exactly as pictured and clean. Staff was very responsive, we ran out of toilet paper, no sooner had I told the front desk clerk we were out of it he was saying he was already at the door with a new roll. Responsive, quick, and cheerful on the phone. Parking was ample, they are active on parking enforcement so make sure you don't reverse in your vehicle. A very large laundry room I was able to glance in while walking to a generous breakfast. You get what you paid for. Decent hotel with decent staff for a decent night sleep and decent location to everything. Will rebook in the future.

Nothing ghetto Everything it was ghetto and smelled like cigarettes

This hotel was quiet and well located. Property could use some minor repairs and upkeep to fix doors, shower tile, etc.

Breakfast was too minimal. Hard-boiled eggs would have helped.

I really appreciate how secure the place is. During non-check in/out hours, the building is only accessed by the key card.

The room was not as clean as it could be. I’ve seen far worse, but also far better. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price, it wasn’t bad. The location was good for accessing local trails, which we were interested in.

You have to have a key car to get in the building. It’s very noisy at night. I can hear the people on the second floor walking in their room a lot of door slamming. Bed sheets very thin.

Breakfast was minimal. Just bread and butter and few yogurt. The second day there were bananas and apples.
