Toilet broke over night. Room smelled terrible because of it. House keeping apparently had the only plunger in the building. Pool was running but closed (reason we went there) toilet seat was broken. My 8 year old fell into the toilet. TV worked, but no TV service. Internet kept disconnecting, so we could not stay occupied that way either. Employees were bright and cheerful though! I just think the building needs a good going through.
