However, the hallways and elevator smelled of smoke and a musk and the floors were dirty. The room itself was clean, but the toilet seat was broken and it was slide when using. The sink faucet also sprayed water quickly and spilled over onto the floor if not careful. There was also a light smell of smoke in the bathroom. Since it was late we just went to bed, but needed a couple extra blankets and pillows. The front desk staff said they were out of stock and only able to supply 1 blanket and a couple extra towels, no pillows. Sleep was difficult, the curtains barely covered the window, so light spilled in from the edges. Additionally, the bed linen was not too comfortable, which was why we asked for more blankets and pillows. During the night because the walls are not insulated, we heard people entering and exiting their rooms and walking in the hallway between midnight and 2am. For the above reasons, the next day I advised the staff the accommodations were not suitable for my family. I checked out of the hotel and advised I wanted to speak to the manager about a partial refund, since we did stay a night. Over the course of the week, I made several attempts to contact the manager via in-person, text, email, and phone calls. They were never returned.

Not a family place at all. Ruff crowd “living”there. I didn’t feel threatened but definitely watched my back. The rooms were pretty clean. Except all the hair. No bugs . Pool closed. Cheapest around get what ya pay for.
