The property was very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. Many hot and cold options to choose from, which was nice. The staff was attentive. When we had no television service and difficulty connecting to WiFi, someone came to our room to address the problems. Unfortunately, they were not able to rectify the television issue. We were only staying one night so we didn’t protest, but it’s the main reason for the four stars.

The hotel was clean and it was nice to have a microwave. The breakfast was good too. It is in a convenient location, about half an hour from New York City and about 15 minutes from the American Dream Mall. Plenty of electric car charging was nice to see also. Parking was good and free.

We rented 2 rooms. I have 2 young adult children and a 10 and 8 year old. It was our 1st time to New Jersey/NYC and we rode the bus/train into NYC everyday. The hotel was very clean, and looked like they were doing remodeling to upgrade. The breakfast was pretty good. The day staff was amazing, kind and very helpful. The maintenance man was someone that stood out to me and my kids the most. He was the kindest, most thoughtful person. And then there was one staff member at night that went out of her way to be rude to me and my kids. I could tell it was just her personality. She did not want to be at work and it showed. Anytime we needed anything, towels, etc. she would be very short and act like you were bothering her. She is the ONLY reason we will not come back to that hotel.

Everything was great! Free parking, super clean… The only downside was that we had to request room cleaning a day in advance. One day, we asked for our room to be cleaned at noon, but the receptionist informed us that housekeeping requests had to be made before 10:00 a.m

Breakfast included (hot and cold). Good coffee, fruits, bread, yogurts. Place is well maintained. Staff is great and friendly. Room is very clean. AC works great. Restaurants are closeby. American Dream mall is 15 mins away. Perfect for family to stay.

The front desk who check us in and same check out was very nice and friendly. I did not catch his name as we were tired and check pjt was early early morning. The breakfast was good, there are options.

Exceptional Customer Service; cleanliness

Great stay! The room was clean and spacious. Since we were going to New York, the hotel is ideally right next to a bus stop that takes you there. Good breakfast. Wished the drinks that weren’t coffee were available outside of breakfast hours.

Very close to NY city. Nice place good stuff.
