Good property location but limited staff delayed check-in and should be better trained with customer service in terms of greeting and welcoming guests.

Clean Room
-
The hotel felt safe because a room key was needed to use the room elevators and to enter thr hotel after midnight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The agent at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee at breakfast was good, but the food choices were very limited.
