Parking was good, night front staff was ok, female breakfast staff was awesome and helpful but the breakfast should get an upgrade instead of the same unappealing scrambled eggs and sausage

Great hotel. Stay was comfortable. Basic breakfast options. But breakfast cleanliness and especially restocking service can be better. At times it felt like we were constantly requesting (begging) for more food.

The toilet was clogged, the staff told me that we dont have housekeeping after 4 pm so you will have to wait till tomorrow. Bad tub was broken. They had pasted a patch of glazed plastic sheet on the damaged area, which was very slippery. I slipped while taking a bath. Fortunately there was no serious injury. Quality of food at the breakfast was bad. Not a good value for money

Sub-par hotel. I'm surprised so many people liked it. There was hair on my tub upon arrival. The guest dryer on the second floor was so loud, I thought it was going to blow up. Breakfast was substandard and not good. VERY dated hotel that needs paint, new carpets, and an upgraded look altogether. The pictures on the site are not indicative of how dated the place is.

Breakfast is same every day and for vegan and allergic people no option except machine justice. Overall it was ok. With family only recommended. I was with my Mom and with my son so not confertable coz at right side of entrance a group of men drinking and smoking higher drug one guy approached me when I was with my son and mom while entering from the main entrance and it was at night 11:00 pm we were back from the event. So personally my experience was very bad coz they must have security at-least at the entrance.

I must admit. This was one of the better hotels I visited. The room was spacious. I felt like I was staying In a mini apartment. The bed was super comfortable and overall the experience was pleasant. The breakfast was really really good. Definitely look forward coming back under better circumstances. However with the good comes the bad. Had I known about the 100 dollar (extra) charge I wouldn't have booked. The gentleman at the desk said it was on their website. So perhaps maybe I should've done more reading but I was hopeful that information would've been revealed thru the third party as well being how that's important information to know. Then when I attempted to buy something to drink. The prices were outrageous...5 dollars for a bottle of soda is a rip off. And then the washer and dryer there were 4.50. Cmon now. But should I come back. I'll be more prepared. But once I got out my feelings, I genuinely enjoyed my stay.
