Perfect breakfast, clean room

Nothing! Terrible Costumer Service! They will lie to you, manipulate you to get your money.

We stayed there two nights. The first morning, we're having breakfast and then we witnessed a roach crawling in the corner. Told the front desk about it and he seemed concerned. Didn't feel the urge after to eat in the cafe area again. Then my fiance shows me the dresser in her room. All of the in the dresser under the TV were slowly opening on their own. Expedia will not allow me to upload videos, so all I can send are screenshots. What an experience to remember! Won't be staying here again?

I totally enjoyed my stay there. My only complaint is that you guys upgrade on your washer and dryer but other than that everything was wonderful thank you for my stay there. See you guys next time.

The property wasn’t so clean. I had to go to a local target down the street from me and get some disinfectant wipes and bleach spray to clean the tub in the bathroom and I also had to buy like air freshener. The tissue was very hard when you wiped the private area. I need to need a bit much remodeling done there. It’s a bit outdated and old. Some of the staffing was rude. The property is very outdated and old. They need to upgrade some of the appliances there the bathroom was not clean. The rugs was dirty. The bed was dirty. I always pull back the sheets to check for bedbugs and they seem like it was a lot of residue dark spots as if it was already bedbugs previously but they treated it. I don’t know.

Staff are nice esp the breakfast lady, keeping the breakfast area clean and filled. The water pressure was great! Esp the shower lol The bed was not that comfortable needs new bed. I asked for cleaning since its every other day but I didn’t they’re only changing the towels lol. The sofa bed was old too I asked for a crib but unfortunately this property doesn’t have any crib so what we did was we used the sofa bed as my toddler’s bed works out pretty much.

My room was not cleaned for three consecutive days. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told that housekeeping had already cleaned my room, which was completely untrue. I also asked for the trash to be removed and for fresh towels. The employee told me that I had to bring my used towels to the front desk before they would give me clean ones. They also refused to remove the trash and said there was nothing they could do. On top of that, the toilet overflowed every time it was flushed. I reported the issue to the staff, but they simply said there was nothing they could do to fix it. Overall, the customer service was awful, the room was not properly maintained, and none of the problems I reported were resolved. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Hotel employee from the night shift, was unprofessional and disrespectful. He needs immediate training on how to treat customers.

site needs better maintinence. bag over smoke detector in room from last people in room. spa needs work. no service on room in 5 nights. breakfast was good. great parking. put old towels in hall and always fresh ones waiting in afternoon. all in all good. rooms need some work. shower curtain, toilet both needed little fixing. good location for us . easy to get around town.
