Comfort Suites Near University

The location was good, the room was comfortable, breakfast was substantial and the price was reasonable. There was nothing that didn't meet my expectations.

Yes staff and management was rude and unprofessional... Upon checking in staff did not ask me what floor I prefer, but ask the other customers that were behind me.. Manager had time to defuse a situation but he chose not too ... Laughed like it was funny

The place was quiet, that was definitely a plus, the room was a bit outdated.. The ice bucket and cups were placed in the bathroom.. that was a huge disappointment..there was an area with a refrigerator, the ice bucket could have been placed there.. the toilet was so noisy, I felt uncomfortable flushing.. this location definitely needs some work..

location was good for what we were there for; adequate parking; price through booking.com was good; room size suite was good; access to a good shopping plaza was close Breakfast was terrible. undercooked sausage, egg omelets from frozen box, not enough muffins to go around, waffle was nasty (don't know if it was the batter or the syrup); our room must have been near Housekeeping rooms because there was constant talking and laughing and you heard a lot, even floor above people walking, the hotel needs to have better soundproofing. I didn't like, instead of them knocking on the door or putting a note on the door to return the luggage cart, they instead deactivated the room key cards which made us return to the desk to even figure out why they deactivated room keys; Shower head had a lot of rust showing. If all are like that, they need to replace the showerheads; made you bring down dirty towels to swap out for new towels, was told they need to count them and give the same amount back

size of room Broken microware; poor bathroom condition e.g. rusting at multiple places; property lacked maintenance. Staff very unfriendly and didn't seem to care for any issues.

Nice staff — but they never mentioned how to access WiFi (if the hotel has it). All in all, okay for one night — but just average if not 2 stars.

Breakfast

I like the staff as i left something in the room and they reached out to me. It's not value for money. It's really old looks dirty and Cupboard was broken. My family didn't enjoy staying there. In the same price there are other hotels near by which is way much better, neat and clean and look new.

located on the highway so you have trucks going through all night! AC was noisy!

Just perfect, and the staff are really nice and professional. The breakfast was amazing, lots of hot and fresh options! Highly, highly recommended if you need a place near or outside NYC. Nothing!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Spend a few extra dollars or drive a little farther to find a decent hotel—AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST!!
