There are other hotels in the area or areas nearby that I wished we checked out rather then staying at this property. I travel all the time and had higher expectations from his hotel. Cleanliness of crackers from someone prior is not acceptable to be left in a hotel room, it really made us questioned if our room was fully cleaned. Also carpet was dirty in our room.

People on the floor above were banging on the floor until 1 am. We called the front desk at 12:30 am and it finally stopped at 1. The shower leaked out onto the floor. Overall, it was good. The people on the floor above are hard for the hotel to control. We would stay there again.

Location and staff. Smell bad when we walk out from elevator. Garbage was on every corner of the hotel and some outside room doors. Found bedbugs in room, was reported to staff at 4:00AM in morning. Staff said he is just an employee, we have to discuss with management in the morning.

We went down for breakfast around 8:00 and there was hardly anything there. Room smelled very musty and the sliding door that closes off the room to the door and bathroom got stuck and would barely open. No lock on bathroom door.

Future guests, don’t waste your time. There are much better options in the area that offer a welcoming, modern, and updated hotel experience. I do not recommend staying at this property.

From the moment we checked in, every staff member made us feel so welcome. The front desk team was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and everyone we encountered throughout the hotel greeted us with a smile. It honestly felt like being around family. That level of genuine hospitality is hard to find these days. Our room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the entire property was well maintained. We truly appreciated how pleasant and accommodating everyone was throughout our stay. Thank you for making our little family getaway so special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming place to stay!
