The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. The breakfast was decent, and the lobby was marticulous: however our actual room was just okay . Average room ...could have been cleaner.

We reserved online while on a road trip passing through New Jersey. We booked about one hour before our arrival around 7:30 at night, looking forward to our stay as we were tired from a long day on the road. Upon arrival, the front desk staff person (very nice) found my reservation immediately and processed my credit card payment, however she had difficulty with completing the checkin process due to a technology glitch and could not complete the process because her screen kept freezing making checkin unsuccessful. She tried several times to complete process while I waited for a whooping 25 minutes to be given a room. She was very kind and apologetic, but said she could not give a room until her screen unfroze and couldn't guarantee how long it would take. I was no longer willing to keep waiting for it to work. She assured me that she would issue a refund as my payment was the only thing that did work. I finally gave up and left and went down the road to another hotel and got a lovely room. This hotel needs to fix this problem as it was extremely annoying and caused undo stress for all involved.

I arrived there after a long drive around 9 pm but there was no one at the check in counter until 11 pm. There were people waiting with infants and someone called police to help them. They should refund in full.
