Stayed here during sports tournament. On a main road so great location. Room was clean and comfy bed.

The bar and dinner area had no staff - they kept saying she was late but by 7:30 no one had come in. The staff at check in, however, was kind enough to get drinks for a few of us. Seems like they should have a better back up plan.

It was a nice stay. The rooms were clean and nice.

When checking in @ 11:15 PM I was advised the check-in would be delayed at least 30 minutes because the clerk was blocked from entering the system. Furthermore I was told to get my room I needed to pay an additional $ 165.00, There was an error in my original reservation but speaking with hotel personal ( Jam ) I was assured there would be no penalty regarding my reservation. When checking out I was fortunate enough to meet Jam and she again confirmed I had prepaid for the room and was not subject to any additional charges. She said I would receive a credit ( $ 165.00 ) within the next couple of days.

The hotel is in a great location next to costco, target, and restaurants. Very clean. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with any questions I had.

Very good location. Very quiet. Staff Very friendly. Great price. We stayed in March one floor below, same style room just below the one we were in and it seemed newer and the bed was more comfortable. This room was missing some of the furniture as the one below.
