Very good hotel. Nice, clean and quiet which was really a series plus for me and my husband.

Great 2 day stay. Very comfortable, clean and helpful staff. Nice real shower too. Breakfast nothing special but better than most similar hotels.

My stay was great and it was close to everything. I would definitely stay again if I’m in town.

Rooms nice size and staff friendly. The breakfast was up to expectations with variety, though set-up with beverages and all a little odd. When there was a plumbing issue with the faucet leaking all over the counter in our bathroom, they did offer a change to another room, but we stayed (a little surprised that they didn't fix it before we left two nights later, but plumbers on weekends may have been an issue, but that was not communicated to us).

Very conveniently located with Trader Joes, Total Wine, Chili's, Panera and several other stores and restaurants within walking distance. Staff is attentive and caring, breakfast and checkout hours are generous, rooms are well-appointed, comfortable, and quiet. Internet speed is very limited, even if you pay for the upgraded speeds ($5/day). Some of the furnishings are a bit worn.

First time staying at this location and I will return!

Access to the internet was difficult because the Accessible room was so far down the hall. Otherwise, access to and from the building was easy.

Nothing My daughter fell in the elevator due to a puddle of water that wasn’t cleaned up

Firstly, the front entrance was very dark. I had to get out of my car just to verify that the front door was open. Secondly, the front desk attendant was very rude toward my daughter and me. She didn’t acknowledge us or even look at us. She only asked for the deposit and handed me the room key without lifting her eyes toward us. I didn’t leave the hotel because it was late at night and I had to get up early for job training. The rest of the hotel was acceptable, but the poor customer service and unwelcoming atmosphere at check-in made the stay disappointing.

It was quiet for the most part. 1. There was no body wash. 2. The pool was dingy and needed serious cleaning. The continental breakfast was an after thought at minimum

If I do return, the room needs to be in the back of the hotel. There was a minor issue with a with a light not switching off, my room phone didn't work when I called for help. It finally turned off without help. The breakfast was nice served by a pleasant staffer. Breakfast was smaller then other Hampton Inns, but good. Overall I'd give the hotel a 8 out 10 and would return here in the future.
