The breakfast bar was very limited, but in the evening the bar staff and bar area was very nice.

Jeff at the front desk was very friendly and the rest of the staff was very great! Our room was clean. I would recommend shelves in the shower so you can put your products on, as there were none and I had to put them in the floor. The hotel was very clean.

I love staying at Aloft. I did see a roach in the room literally right before we left to check out but hey at least it stayed hidden until then. Everything else was nice.

There was duct tape on the bathroom door holding it together. There are much nicer hotels that I would spend my money on next time.

This hotel is walking distance to the outlet and many restaurants/stores! Another plus is that it was nearby the venue that we went to for a concert. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was also spacious. The room’s interior is a bit run down and could use some renovation.

The entire property is run down. The staff was very friendly and helpful but that’s the only thing going for this location. We were there for two nights. Our AC was checked twice because it wouldn’t get below 76 in the room. Both times they said cold air was coming out and there was nothing they could do. Sleeping in a hot room and waking up drenched in sweat is not my idea of ok! Do not recommend at all, and I NEVER leave reviews of any kind.
