No hot water, Bad smell, dirty carpet, terrible breakfast, never stay here again!

The front desk clerk was nice and helpful, but didn’t let me know about the breakfast or WiFi password. The room was clean and cool upon check in. While I was out Sunday morning they cleaned the room even though I was there for 2 night and 1 day.

1. The rug looked like a dog/cat chewed it, but was never tacted down for better appearance. 2. Large cavity in the tub. I was so nervous a bug, snake, etc might crawl through it. This could have been an easy fix with plaster. 3. Front desk clerk: When I asked if there were any tea bags to go with the hot water, and her response was, "The hot water is used for the coffee". (What coffee, I wondered?) I was pleased of the departure from Days Inn. Question: Are all Days Inn, like this?

The staff moved us to another room, but the next morning I discovered the bathtub spout was bent sideways, and there was mold on the shower wall. At that point, I decided to check out early. I had booked three nights but only stayed one because I was so disappointed with the condition of the property. When I switched rooms, I was told the hotel was under renovation. However, I didn't see any evidence of renovations—no construction activity, dumpsters, or workers. Whether or not renovations are actually taking place, the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. I will not stay here again, and I would not recommend this property to others until these issues are properly addressed.

I liked my stay. Only thing i had a problem with is the water pressure needs ti be stronger. I felt like the water pressure wasn't strong enough that was my only complaint.

The room had an awful smell and there was a crack in door that a snake could crawl thru

The room door was damaged. Spider web hanging from the light fixtures. A hole on the bath room plug with paper towels. A disaster

The room had a bad odor as soon as we walked in. The toilet barely worked and had to be flushed three times after a single use. The beds were advertised as queen-size, but they seemed much smaller than expected, making them uncomfortable. Since it was only one night, we decided to stick it out instead of moving to another hotel, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again or recommend it based on our experience.

We stayed here for a night and it really was just to get through my sons orientation the property itself need a lot of work. The minute we walked in the room there was weird smell. The bathroom was disgusting. I highly recommend reading the reviews before booking this place. Also the check in person was amazing however the checkout person was a bit rude when I asked her for an itemized receipt she told me I could have the one for my second room since it was prepaid I told her that was a bit suspect as it should not matter whether I pre paid it or not I was the customer and I wanted the receipt she refused. I will never ever stay in this place again.

I traveled here for a work training and I could not even take a shower. There was no hot water and my husband contacted the front to ask if we could be moved to a room with at least warm water so I could shower and they refused to do anything, saying that its just an old building and if you leave it running for thirty minutes it will get warm. I tried when I got back to the hotel and it did not work, the water was cold and it did not matter how long it ran, it did not even get luke warm or anything more than cold. They would not move us or refund us, so I could get another room and shower before my second day of training. Their were smears of something red stained on the window shade. Their "complementary breakfast" is a stale, chewy granola bar. The A/C plug was rusty and covered in dirt and dust and the floor was filthy. The first night the cops were outside our room dealing with something happening a couple of doors sown from us.

Breakfast was a joke! A little cereal, instant grits a few granola bars and coffee! That was it! The rooms was dirty . My grandson killed 4 roaches . Saw several small roaches. Had to clean tub before shower and pick up trash! I could go on and on ! I have never seen anything like this! I had to be at MUSC early Don had surgery
