The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The shuttle van to the airport was easy and the driver, Mr. Ray, was so nice and informative! The pool was in a nice location and the breakfast was tremendous!

The bed itself was another issue. Every movement caused creaking, making it hard to sleep without being disturbed. The AC also struggled to cool the room efficiently; it eventually reached a comfortable temperature, but only after running for quite a long time. Overall, the staff and location were good, but the hotel would benefit greatly from updating these basic amenities to match today’s expectations.

We loved the large suites the hotel offered. They were cozy and perfect for our family of 5. My only critique is that it may be getting close to update all the furniture and decor. It's clean and cozy but furniture and decor are somewhat dated.

I am on a travel contract in Charleston with my children and this hotel made it very easy for me to have everyone’s needs met while I worked. I would absolutely come back! The breakfast was always so good too! This was our best experience yet

I enjoyed my weekend stay. The breakfast buffet was a nice spread. Coffee and tea available all day and night. We enjoyed the pool as well.

Property was nice and well kept. The bed was very comfortable and love the suite set up. The staff were very nice. Love the pool area as well. Shower in the room door was hard to open and get out. But other than the shower I had no other issues or concerns.

This hotel was so hospitable! The ladies at the front seat were so kind and they treated my dog like one of their own! This place is so clean and just a really great place to stay outside of downtown Charleston, I’ll definitely be coming back

We walked into the room after a day out and the room smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. We were with a cancer patient with stage 4 cancer and on chemotherapy. The smell made her very ill, I complained and they said sorry and no effort to do anything.

Super impressed with this hotel, everything was clean, the pool area was nice, good selection for breakfast, the rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are super comfortable! All of the staff that I met were super nice and helpful. And they have late check out which was wonderful, no rushing to hurry up and get out. I would highly recommend!
