Excellent experience

Aside from that initial experience, the rest of our stay was very positive. The property was clean, the amenities were well maintained, and the overall service was great. With a more welcoming first impression, this would have been an excellent stay.

Great location near restaurants and airport. Water shut off temporarily. Staff did call ahead to let me know about the situation.

The staff were always friendly and patient even though it was a busy week and they were full. Even at 9pm when my little one needed a snack from the deli case. Check in and check out was fast and easy. Definitely my new place of choice in North Charleston

I like the location being convenient to restaurants and stores. The elevator was extremely slow. The property only has one elevator. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen area is extremely small and the breakfast was not the best.

Not anything at all Bedbugs and unclean smelled like marijuana. These staff the first three or four days was completely and utterly rude.

Not much because there was maybe the location I don’t know not much. The bedbugs, brick manager $600 deposit staff was outrageous. The entire place in marijuana everything was dated in the world has taken out usually freaking the carpeting because carpet harvest bedbugs and they haven’t and I showed him my welt and I showed him a picture of red bulb and they were like well there should be blood trails all over your bed like what

Location. The floors were damp it caused our allergies to flare. They didn’t offer a fan.
