Great stay and friendly staff

Breakfast wasn’t really much to offer. Still went out and got food. Room was clean but something’s made me think,” will o would have wiped that or made sure that wasn’t there”. But overall I would stay again

It was clean and ok, but would not recommend.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Was surprised that you had to go to the first floor to get an ice bucket. None in the room. No micro either. The room was very clean and spacious and it was a perfect location for the North Charleston coliseum. Breakfast was just ok.

Clean room, free parking and a good breakfast. Also walking distance to concert venue.

Clean room, good breakfast and an efficient staff

The shower curtain did not reach the floor and water got all over the floor and no extra towel or scrapper to aide in water removal. End table needed on each side of the bed, not just on one side.

I have stayed in three Tru properties in the last 6 months and this was by far and away the filthiest. The floors were dirty, the shower was covered in orange and yellow stains, and the seal for the shower was cracking which soaked the floor. For the cost per night, it is wildly overpriced. The breakfast is extremely basic and honestly not even worth putting on an amenity list. The pool was popular as was the fitness center, but there are without question better properties in the North Charleston area. If you are there for a concert across the street, it has valuable, but for anyone looking to stay in the area, there are much more attractive options for the money.

No laundry on site or within 10 miles.

Charged a $75 "pet fee" and we did not have a pet. Would not stay here again.

The Hilton in the USA is normally an average inn and not very modern, There is the typical continental breakfast. Staff is polite as is expected of Southern culture. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, and it's perfect if you want to be on time for your flight. UBER is easily accessible. The room is average and does not feel very private on the ground floor because I can see outside through the "blind". The more private blind was broken and could not go all the way down. At midnight there was a family with children shouting and running around in the passageway and lobby area. It's an ok Inn to crash for a night.

Great easy location to get into downtown and back at night. Staff was attentive but not intrusive- would be first choice for staying near Charleston!

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel was conveniently located. The fridge in room didn't keep cold. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice but small selection. Will definitely stay again

Close to everything I needed

1st time staying at a Tru, we loved everything about it! The room was huge. Loved the open concept. The area downstairs, pool table, sitting area, breakfast area. We will definitely be back!

Overall our stay was great.

Loved how close it was to the Coliseum. Walking distance.
