Tru by Hilton Charleston Airport

We so enjoyed our stay here. The location is 5 minutes (walk) from the convention center, and we could grab breakfast from the lobby each day before we go (went). Staff was kind and attentive. The whiteboard would include local things to do and places to eat, the refillable water station was great, and the billiards/pool table provided a recreation option that made us wish we had more time in the hotel. Overall, the little touches make this place stand out. We would certainly stay here the next time we come to town!

This was a very clean and convenient hotel location for the North Charleston Coliseum.

Stayed for 1 night. Clean, staff kind. The walls are super thin. I thought someone was taking a shower in our room but it was next door.

Will say the room and bathroom were clean but it took an extended amount of time for the hot water to come on. We’ll never stay there again. No matter where it’s located this Tru Hotel is a bust and not worth what we paid. Ugh!

Great stay! We were there for 2 nights for a wedding and it was perfect. The staff was so nice!

Enjoyed my day clean nice rooms good breakfast buffet

Rooms for most part was clean, except floors. Well stocked and beds were comfy except pillows, again that’s my personal opinion/ preference I didn’t care for the pillows. Other than that room served its purpose and we will be back. Breakfast was ok

Everything was great, only complaint beds were worn out in our room. Could use some new mattress.

Clean rooms Staff is great

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast and free parking

Clean room and well maintained property

The facility was nice. The parking was great. The location was easily accessible to restaurants and stores in the airport.

Great location with an easy .5 mile walk to a local brew pub for dinner. Shocked to see a lobby full of teen kids by the bus load when I returned. They all decided to hit the elevator at the same time I did and they all ran at once almost knocking me over a few times. So, I listened to kids running up and down the hallway most of the night. Luckily, they were all gone by the time I got up and headed to breakfast.

The property has an excellent location

Nice lobby and staff Didn’t get to stay longer

The common space was okay. The employees were helpful. However we had problems with our room. The toilet seat was broken. The shower had mold and the he bed was dirty. We asked for new sheets but found the mattress was extremely stained with blood.

The hotel was very clean. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly.

Love Everthing. Will back again.?

Location, cleanliness, gym

I chose the king bed but didn’t get that
