Pool was small but well maintained, there was no hot tub. Room fridge and AC worked great. No freezer to the mini fridge. Another thing I was surprised by was they charged a $200 hold for incidentals. I've never been charged that much before, maybe they've had a lot of issues in this area. So be aware if you are on a tight budget. It was released as soon as we checked out so that was a plus. Agian staff was amazing, hotel was just okay.

An overall great stay!

Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, the room was exactly what we needed for our family! Also, the breakfast was amazing and made this stay all the better. The location is great and close (short driving distance) to all the activities we were wanting to do.

The hotel itself was nice and the Buffet bar and breakfast was great! However, house keeping was not great! I was there for 5 days and house keeping only came once! I ran out of toilet paper and towels on the 3rd day. There was no trash service as well! I called the front reception to request service and nothing for the rest of the time. I also spoke to a house keeper and nothing was delivered to the room. I had to get toilet paper from the front desk and was finally brought towels at midnight! I was not happy they got delivered at that hour! Not the best service there! The bathroom is in great need of an overhaul or bath tub replacement!

This place was great. The breakfast was really good. The happy hour free drinks they give you were awesome. The staff was great. The pool was good. Everything was just great.

The hotel was nice. Close to the outlets and restaurants. The room was super spacious for me and my family. We were able to check in early, which was great after driving for a few hours with little kids. The front staff, bar tender and housekeeper were all so nice! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again!

Nice hotel with caring staff. The only feedback I would give for improving is that the rule for only 2 keys per room needs to be adjusted when more than 2 people are staying in a room. My family stayed here for a dance competition and not having their own keys meant we had to be in the room since they were going back and forth.

Great location and good breakfast

I love the big rooms. It was very clean. Everything was easy to get to and I really enjoyed the breakfast that were available. I would recommend this to anyone.

We enjoyed a comfortable, clean and upgraded visit to the Embassy, the service was friendly and the hotel grounds and interior were well maintained!

having traveled from a distance; my expectations were quickly diminished, the reserved room seemed to have been items "thrown together haphazardly to equip the room. 1 bed mattress was on the floor, another bed was in dire need of a mattress, Not sufficient bedding and on and on. Had to have a room change to comply with my rsv, I was surprised of this poor mgt. , as I have stayed at and been pleased in the past.
