Great location, clean property

We had a great experience. The staff was very nice and helpful, the property was well maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and had a large variety of options. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it!

Clean and convenient!

Immediately when we entered the hotel- you can tell they take pride and care of the hotel! Smells amazing when you walk in the hotel. Room (223) was spotless, extremely clean, room was nice and cool when we walked in, crispy linen, spacious room, spotless sofa, frig, micro. Bathroom was super clean and spotless- the shower was perfect! We didn't have the detachable shower heads but it was still great! Halls (and carpet) and elevators were clean and not muggy...you know how some hotels don't run their AC as much in the halls and elevators. Breakfast was great- oatmeal, eggs, potatoes (hand cut) and peppers, sausage (turkey this time), all kinds of breads, cereal, yogurts and fruits. The front desk personnel were so kind and nice! I would totally stay again!!! Thank you! Special shout out to Ms. Margaret in the kitchen! She is awesome! She made sure the food was replenished, counters were clean, tables were clean and even asked if she can take our empty plates....all with a smile! Very convenient location to the coliseum. Rooms are nice and spacious.

Great hotel!

Not a damn thing wrong. Outstanding staff....helpful, courteous and friendly. Room...clean, clean clean Grounds...excellently maintained Breakfast .... well presented and delicious. Airport...less than 10 minutes away I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in Charleston. Excellent value. Thanks to the staff for making my stay great.

Cons: Room service was non-existent. Not located in Central Charleston. Could use more gym equipment.

The property is right next door to the coliseum. Many shops and restaurants nearby Very neat, clean and comfortable

When, I checked in the front desk staff was extremely professional and easy tho talk to.

The layout of the room and the big bathroom.

It was clean, and comfortable. The staff was great and the facilities were well maintained. My only issue was breakfast was served at 6am during the week and not until 7am on weekends. We were there for a tournament (which a lot of people seemed to be). We had to be out the door before the breakfast began to get to our games.

The room was spacious There was no coffee available immediately after the breakfast closed.
