It was pristine! I asked the desk clerk how old the property was at checkout because it seemed brand new and was shocked to learn it is five years old! The room was very comfortable. Location was great for us after attending an event at the Performing Arts Center at the collesium, a short walking distance away. I was disappointed that there is not an ice machine on every floor and just one on the main floor that is all the way at the end of the hall. We were really hot after being out in the 100° weather, so wanted ice. Walking to each end of the hallways on our floor in search of an ice machine, then having to go to the main floor was aggrivating. Truly this was the only issue we had. We will definitely stay here on future trips to Charleston.

Proximity to the coliseum/convention center is ideal. We were visiting for a concert there, and the venue is within walking distance — across the parking lot! Can’t think of anything
