Hilton Garden Inn Charleston Airport

I liked the location of the property. Facility was clean and up to date. Hotel staff were very friendly. Probably the difficulty it was to exit there and merge into the road

My son and I had a very enjoyable stay for two nights. Everything from the parking lot to the gym and pool were well maintained. The front desk staff were exceptional, and friendly as well. Even the housekeeping staff were helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The room, the shuttle service and the ammenities I didnt like the bombardment for tips. If they lift a straw, they want a tip.

At check in, the front desk girl wasn’t that friendly, she also worked the next day and still wasn’t that friendly. But my last front desk encounter was with a guy and he was super friendly and professional

My room was had a connecting room. The first night no guests were in room. We had a night sleep. The second day guests checked into room. They were loud all day and all night. At night I called the front desk several times to report noise and no one answered phone. The noice level was unacceptable til 3:00 am. I knocked on guest door from my room and asked them to lower the TV and voice they did not. Having said that we were not able to sleep most of the night. We checked out early the next morning

The staff was very friendly and helpful. During breakfast, we were especially impressed by the service of Mrs Cheryl. She went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great dining experience before getting on the road. We normally only stay at the Hilton Embassy but I’m happy to say this hotel will go on our list for future trips.
