I booked this hotel based on other reviews that I had read. I honestly don’t know where these people were staying because the pictures online and the reviews do not match what my husband and I experienced. The pictures were clearly stock pictures or from when the hotel opened. This hotel is very dated and subpar at best. There were chucks of carpet that were missing as we walked down the hallway, you could tell that the doors had been repainted, but had not bothered being sanded and really taken care of. It just looked horrible the whole way around. Our safety lock in our room did not work, the light over the sink and over the microwave did not work. We were supposed to have a king size bed, which we booked and paid for two weeks ago and when we got there, we had been moved to a room with two queen beds. No one bothered to ask us if we were OK with that or anything, but rather we were told we were moved because they had overbooked the hotel. That is not our problem! The lady that helped us at the front desk said that the manager just moved people around at random. We should’ve been notified. When I asked for the manager, I was told she was not there and then when I asked when she would be in the lady responded and said she had “no idea they didn’t tell her anything.” Don’t even bother with this place.

I liked being close to the shopping mall and restaurants. Not enough mirrors in my suite. 3 women on a girl’s trip, all trying to apply makeup was a challenge. The only mirror was in the bathroom.

This place was perfect! We stayed in a two bedroom suite that had an exceptional amount space, comfortable king size beds, and close to restaurants stores. Highly recommend!
