Great stay prior to flight

Facility needs paint, pool had an algae bloom rendering it unusable (had permission to use an adjoining hotel’s). Breakfast delayed until 7 am on weekends, but flights aren’t. Miscommunication for shuttle pickup between front desk “box” and shuttle driver.

The staff was friendly and attentive to customers service. The rooms were clean and comfortable and location was great being next to the airport. My family and I will stay there for sure again upon our return.

It was close to everything, friendly staff, great rooms and amenities! The breakfast was delicious and different each day ! It was exceptional! I loved everything!

This is my 2nd stay at Residence Inn. The accommodations vary from one state to the next. Hwvr, I prefer the amenities at Residence Inn Charleston Airport between the two. But I won’t stop at these locations as I plan to continue more traveling soon.

Location to what we had planned. Breakfast buffet had several options. Not all staff was friendly or attentive. It's a fairly big hotel, we were close to the end, and the elevator closest to us was down so every time we left the room it was a trek.

We had a great stay as a family! Our suite was much bigger than I had expected, and everything was very clean. All of the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. My husband and I both commented on how we felt that they went above and beyond to make our experience good. The breakfast was good, and the location was really convenient- 25 minutes to Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island and less than 20 minutes to downtown Charleston. We will definitely stay here again! Our stay was $20 more than originally quoted, and I think it’s because of a $10 parking fee per day that was not disclosed.

The day before check in I was informed over the phone that the airport shuttle was available for me at 11:40pm. The shuttle only runs until 10pm. That's the whole reason I choose to stay at this hotel and I was unable to locate where they say there is limited service. So I was misinformed by staff. However, when we checked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. The overall hotel had a bit of a smell. Though the room was large, and didn't smell itself. Breakfast was okay.
