Hot tub inside is my fav part.

This hotel should be rated as a five star hotel! It's super clean, has friendly staff! I do wish the laundry machines were able to accept debit/credit cards but otherwise the hotel is fantastic!!!! I would recommend anyone this hotel!

My wife and I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was nice and polite from entry to exit. They even offered nice warm cookies as you check in.

Very clean and spacious room. Pull out couch not ideal for sleeping. No extra sheets or blankets for the pull out, luckily we packed our own. Pool was closed for maintenance. Little annoyances but overall a good place to stay.

Absolutely lovely trip. The only thing that might remotely bother someone was the airplanes going overhead but I loved it!

I maybe got two or three hours of sleep. It almost sounds on the backside of the property like the window is open because you hear everything every pothole every car you just can’t sleep. The AC was pretty decent, but it still felt very muggy in the room. we found two dead beetles in the bathroom and hair in the tub. there were stains on the sheet cover. The smell from the pool of bleach radiated all through the lobby. I would not stay here again.

The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was fantastic and provided a great night's sleep, which is exactly what I needed. I also really appreciated the attention to detail when it came to the cleanliness and the overall upkeep of the facilities. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this hotel delivers outstanding service and great value. I will definitely be choosing this IHG location again for my future travels!

Check in was easy and room was clean. Breakfast was good.

The room smelled like mold. I was only able to stay for 3 hrs and left I checked in late and had to be to church the next morning so didn’t want to go through the hassle of switching a room. The manager went and smelled the room and did smell the mold/old carpet smell that I mentioned. But was unable to give me any refund because I booked through Expedia. I was given a very small portion for the next hotel booking which is incomparable to the amount paid and only 3hrs in the room due to health reasons as I have really bad allergies. Wouldn’t recommend !

Convince to restaurants. Decent breakfast. I didn't get the room I had reserved. It was not convenient for my handicapped husband. Refridge didn't work to keep anything coolp

Bed was comfortable- pool and hot tub were inviting - breakfast was good The shuttle left 8 of varying senior adults stranded for over an hour at the coliseum after repeated calls and lies. I ended up getting an uber, but he could only take 6 of us. No idea how or when the other 2 got back. The desk clerk said it was extremely busy, but not so busy that every other hotel shuttle made their pickups. The police even stopped to ask us if we were ok.
