This Courtyard is nice enough, but I think there’s a management issue as the staff across departments seem poorly trained and unhappy. Despite the “do not disturb” tag, housekeeping rapped on the door on many mornings. The room keys only worked for 2-3 days before needing to see the grumpy front desk people about getting them reset. The bartender was unable to find wine without help, despite there being pictures of them hanging up and matching the menu. I don’t blame any of the individuals, but it screams out a failure of management.

Once I took off my shoes, I noticed that the carpet felt damp. The bedroom area appeared clean/decent so I thought maybe the carpet was shampooed and it just wasn’t fully dry. When I slept in the bed the mattress was very uncomfortable- my husband, myself and our daughter complained about it. We all felt back pain the next morning. The refrigerator did not work. All of the food and drinks were not chilled so we had to throw them out. We along with another family were briefly stuck on elevator that was not working. The elevator went to the fourth floor, then it immediately went the first floor. It then took about 3 minutes before it opened. My husband and my daughter as well as myself all began feeling as if we were coming down with the cold/ flu. We felt fine upon arrival and then we noticed we were all coughing and sneezing constantly along with running noses, water eyes and a constant post nasal drip. We didn’t understand why until we noticed the mildew in the bathroom and damp carpet and we figured it had to have mold/mildew in the room. Because we could not stop coughing and sneezing. The ice machine was broke too The room number 430.

Loved the room. Location was very close to outlets and room was peaceful with zero drama

Expedia said there was a complimentary breakfast, we were told there was not. Expedia said our room was supposed to have a balcon, it did not.

No breakfast nothing

Location Not friendly staff, refrigerator broke - didn’t fix it , didn’t seem to care
-
Convenient location to everything Can’t think of anything right now

Standing water in a disability shower/bathroom, no hand soap of any kind; only shower gel on the shower wall, and razor blades in our ice bin. Do. Better. Marriott.

Well, first of all it wasn't a restaurant at all, just a space that provided a microwave meal served in a box or plate that was overpriced. No microwaves in the rooms was a bummer. Especially traveling with people and children that have dietary issues and needs. The cleaning staff didn't understand the simplest requests, we never got clean towels or bathroom tissues and the one microwave that was on the floor had was for the entire 2nd floor. Which was nasty with food spills , and it was there from the first day of a five day stay.

It was updated and modern. The hallway was narrow with low ceilings creating a claustrophobic atmosphere.
-
Location to airport No complimentary coffee on lobby, really!!!!

The room was very clean. We were disappointed that they didn't have a continental breakfast.

The room was a good size and the amenities were good. They didn’t clean our room after the first night. We were also by the elevator and that was noisy when we were trying to sleep.
