Had a refrigerator, sink, hot water, light bulbs all worked Sticky floor, black dust on AC vent, dead roach, dust and trash (not mine) behind bathroom door, pot smoke in hallway, five cop cars and an ambulance second day, and worst of all the bed! House keeping came in before we had fully checked out and removed sheet we slept on. Revealing a beyond disgusting filthy mattress cover. See pictures. Go anywhere else if you can.

Clean

The room was dirty it had roaches. It had kitchenette but no dinnerware nor cookware. The bed sheets were thin and stained. Mattress looked to be year old and hard as a rock. People kept going in and out all night sitting the fire alarm on the door off. It smelt like weed when you walk in. Doesn’t have staff at night and no one at the desk in the morning. Multiple times in the evening a man in a wheel chair would seat in the entrance which was small and would be in the way. But the attendee’s behind the counter just let him set there. I would no recommend this place unless you need some where cheap. Don’t expect much from them.

They did not have a room when I arrived and were very rude basically saying it is my fault since I booked through Expedia.

Everything Nothing

I would not stay here. My husband got ate up by bedbugs and he went downstairs and told the front desk and they made him leave the whole premises instead of giving him another room. The mattress look like two people have been murdered on it. Save your money. This place is not worth it. I have to worry about my husband bringing that stuff home to my house. They didn’t even return his money back to him after they made him leave early. They act like it was his fault or something because he found bedbugs. they don’t even give you fresh towels every week. They just tell you to wash your own towels. They only give you two they don’t come in and clean the rooms. He was working out of town in Charleston. He will be there for months. he had his toolbox broken into on his truck while he was there people climbing all over the truck, dropping the tailgate sitting on it the most horrible experience I can possibly ever say at a motel room is that place

Not being able to stay

Smelt like mild and cigarettes, elevator shook, cockroaches scurry when you turn the lights on, room was not clean.

The stay was great and would definitely be coming back. The staff was very helpful with my stay. And room was very clean

Management were okay to acknowledge the issues and refund the me the rest of my stay.
