Everything was pretty run down, weird smell to room, and front staff desk upon checking in were very odd and uncomfortable. Room did not look like the pictures shown.

Breakfast was good. The boys tv did not work properly. Approximately 25% of the channels did not have audio. Reported it was told it was weather related. However the situation remains even in good weather.

I appreciated my visit, and the support from staff was outstanding.

We experienced an issue with the hot water on the first night, but it was resolved the following day. The property itself was satisfactory, and it served its purpose well given our delayed flight, especially for a brief stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable sleeping. Breakfast was tasty and hot. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed the stay!

Very convenient to the airport and you could tell it has had recent renovations to the rooms and overall hotel. The only big issue was there was no hot water the morning we checked out.

Like the location of all the restaurants and shopping places. One thing they really need to fix is the elevators. They are very dirty and they run very rough going up and down the shaft. They need some maintenance work done to the big time. Give you a very scary ride up and down 🙅

Front desk staff was amazing, room and pool cleanliness didn’t match up breakfast Friday and Sunday was incredible didn’t enjoy the staff member walking through the front lobby with what looked like scrabbled eggs in a garbage bag

Hotel was quiet in the room as wells as from outside disturbance and traffic. Lovely mahogany desk was classic and clean room, bed and bathroom

But, we unfortunately had to leave a day early and they wouldn't issue a one day refund. It was their policy. So my policy is I won't stay there again.

I had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly!
