The Hotel is not what I expected for the money. Room, furniture carpet and bathroom was dirty. Bar was not stocked to the menu selection. Also I was under the impression that there were dining with the bar also wrong.

The guy who worked with her but was often not next to her was much friendly.

Not a place to stay if you want to sleep. The ac did not work well and was very loud. Road noise also loud. They put us in a room right by an outer door which banged as people came in and out. No ice available. Would not stay here again.

The breakfast was full of variety and dietary considerations. There was a full "to order" "hot dish" section, gourmet yogurt section, toast and cereals section, and a variety of drink options. I was told the air conditioning was loud, but I have ear plus so I slept like a rock without noticing!

The noise level is horrible. You can hear every footstep and conversation from the rooms above.

Check-in was a breeze and we were greeted with a very friendly hotel representative. The hotel and the rooms themselves were very clean and very comfortable. They provided everything that we needed, even though our stay was going to be short. If we are ever in the area again, we will be sure to consider this hotel in the future. I was extremely impressed! They surpassed all expectations. N/A-- no complaints!

The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing , the pillows everything. Truly felt right at home. The Lobby also smelled so good and clean. I would definitely stay again .

Staff helpful and friendly; breakfast was great. Handicapped room met and exceeded expectations.

Spacious rooms with living area. Comfortable beds. Bathroom door was a ‘slider’ which didn’t stay shut.

Hot water was out for 2 days during our stay over the Easter holiday, otherwise this would be full 5 stars. They seemed to fix it promptly on the next weekday.

Was able to park near my room in handicapped parking. However, no one cleaned the room or brought clean towels. Front desk was very accomodating. Bathroom sink in room 113 needs attention. Drainage is almost closed. Shower was fantastic!

The hotel was great. Staff very nice and accommodating. There is an abundance of restaurants in the area and even though near the highway, the trafgic noise was minimal. However. The walls are thin and you could hear every step and bump from the folks in the rooms above mine. That being said, I would definitely stay again.

Check-in was easy. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional. I booked through a third- party agency (my mistake). i wish I could have been provided a receipt when I checked out. I needed one for my expense report.
