Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Lima by IHG

Very good

The bed was okay. The TV as suppose to. The bathroom was dirty. There was hair on the sink and in the shower. The shower curtain was just plain nasty and wood not allow it to touch me.

Out of the way of town 1. Our night there, there was some sort of party going on in the parking lot, right where you pull up to check in The noise was so loud it was above the TV and air conditioning. You can't tell me the front desk person couldn't hear it. Could not sleep!! 2. Got a shower, saw hair still on walls of tub surround and dirty fingerprints where soap and shampoo bottles a re. On the bathtub sides near the bottom, it was dark with dirt that I could remove with my nails. All this tells me is no one cleaned it or holiday inn Express uses very cheap and ineffective cleaning products. I had my own business and I know what works and what should be done! 3. At breakfast, the sausage and eggs were completely empty. My husband and I stood waiting for the employee to be bringing out more. Ultimately I went to kitchen doorway and got her attention to tell her. She has a tray of eggs on the counter that she had planned to bring out. I think she was possibly on her phone; whatever it was was very engrossing. She brought out eggs and they were totally cold . All of these things were completely disappointing since we're nearly 99%always staying at holiday inn Express . Isn't there a housekeeping manager who randomly spot checks rooms? The eating area floor was covered in coffee spills and dirt. Garbage cans filled and higher than rim. I saw an older lady yelling at the men who were apparently the loud ones, as i said, no staff put an end to it. Why til the early hours of the morning??? I didn't know that I should have called police or go out myself to a drunken bunch of people.

Room was ok but not enough parking. That was an issue.

We jumped off the freeway during a roadtrip for a quick overnight break, and usually Holiday Inn’s are good, this was terrible! So incredibly dirty. We got a 2 queen suite and aside from the beds being made was not cleaned. The property itself is so poorly maintained and rundown. A GM from Holiday Inn should really pay this properly a visit.

Awful. Worst IHG hotel I’ve ever been to.

Renovated recently. Comfortable beds. Cleanliness wasn’t really up to par. Some areas were not very clean in the main area and some surfaces in the room itself. Also $250 for a standard room is very high for the area.

Overall, the room looked as if it had not been cleaned lately.

The room was not clean. The bed had old feather pillows that smelled. The sheets did not appear to be clean and had a smell. The room did not smell clean. Hair and dust in the bathroom floor. Smudge marks on the TV and the flat surface’s in the room.

Bed were very comfy, breakfast was hot and good choices, bacon, sausage, egg omelet, sausage gravy, yogurt etc... bathroom and toilet could have been cleaner. Over very nice we would stay there again.
