Quality Inn & Suites North Lima - Boardman

I have always stayed at quality Inn but this one smelled like cigarette and weed. Rooms did not feel clean at all. Carpet in room felt sticky dirty. Was not pleased at all.

Bathtub was very slippery

Staff was friendly The rooms smelled so musty. If you have any respiratory issues or allergies this is definitely a DO NOT stay.

Hotel and room was very clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was just ok. Bed was advertised as a queen, but was definitely a full. Would still stay here again.

Breakfast sandwiches were really good. We ate them both days. Beds are super comfortable too.

This is a pet friendly hotel. This is its main pro. But obviously knowing that, expectations have to be reasonable. The hotel is somewhat dirty but again, people bringing all kinds of animals, It met the tempered expectations I had. Front desk was kind and quick. The room was fine. Slightly smaller than expected but it worked for the one night my dog and I stayed. If you’re traveling and need a pet friendly hotel, I can recommend. If you’re traveling without a pet, I’d looks elsewhere.

I left my key in the room a couple of times he said they gave you 7 keys the staff the next day said if the key stops working it would appear that we gave you that many but you didn’t actually receive that many and he made a key for my door and told me bring it right back he was very rude

Room: - The bathroom floor had pee, - The bathtub had foot stains from excessive use - needs deep cleaning. - The floor carpet was ripped in a spot most likely from the previous furniture and had rust marks on several spot. The room door frame was crocked such that when I closed the door there was space between the door and the wall. one could slip a pen through it and even see through it. Luckily that space was towards the bottom of the door knee and down. Staff: the night shift person was sleeping was a little annoyed when were asking to change the room. Although was efficient since he had everything lined up before we arrived. Good parts. The morning staff was courteous. Breakfast was good Bed and blanket was clean. We only needed to sleep for a few hours between transit so it worked out. But for a relaxing stay, it's not an option.

Clean no area to sit outside but doable

I did not partake of the breakfast. The room was tight, I stayed at a Motel6 2 weeks ago and that room was larger than this one.

The stay was ok, the staff was good but furniture was run down, the door had a BIG GAP from frame, anyone can peek right in the room, the water for the shower was like warm.

Very nice Gentleman James was at the desk he suggested places to eat and things to do in the area. The price was a little higher but there was a tournament in town.
