Very clean for an older motel. Breakfast was abundantly supplied, with many choices.

The Hospitality Inn pictured online at North Platte Nebraska is not anywhere near an accurate reflection of what the actual property is! The room was OK, but far from safe electrically. The heat lamp in the bathroom was very very old, and not even used because of fear of it shorting out. The multi-plug outlet in the room was not secure in the socket, so the desk lamp would not stay on. That same outlet was overloaded with the microwave, refrigerator, the desk lamp and the TV all plugged into that same multi-prong outlet, The TV was connected by an extension cord to another cord and then the outlet. I called the office and they came down with a multi-prong surge protected extension that laid on the floor. When he removed the previous item, the outlet was exposed without an outlet cover, and remained that way when it was replaced with the new extension. The mirror above the sink had lost its silvering in scattered areas throughout and along the bottom. The water flow in the shower was OK, but at the sink, very poor. You could not get cold water or hot-only tepid. Lastly, the hotel itself was poorly cared for. The walkway on the second floor was gone, leaving a free hanging railing, with steps that led to it open to air, and no barricade to prevent one from going up. Our room was on the first floor(there were no rooms to access the second floor, because the walkway was literally gone) and chunks of concrete could be seen where the walkway had been at one time. Don't stay

It’s a nice place to stopover if you didn’t want to spend a lot of $$. Friendly staff.

It was a fantastic room. Food was great.

Our room was very clean, bed was very clean. Good breakfast, plenty of parking. Quiet.

That said, it was an acceptable hotel for one night on the road and my kiddo liked the custom painted accent wall in our room.

Very worn. Poor Internet. No in-room Coffee. Breakfast - just OK, but not important to me. Budget-only stop.

The property is dated but it still provides all the necessities. Typical continental style breakfast. Beds are comfortable. For the price you can’t beat it.

Old place that the owners have made pretty nice. Would rate much higher but the beds were terrible. Plenty to like about what they are doing but was tough to get a good night's sleep. Coworker in another room felt the same.

Very courteous staff. The motel is in a very convenient location just off of I-80 with a lot of convenient things around. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Room had bugs in the bed and on the walls, not bedbugs. One fell on my face while trying to sleep. Bugs got in cause door wouldnt latch tight. Went to front desk to ask for another room and let them know about the door/bugs, staff said no other like rooms available. Staff said bugs common, sometimes have to vacuum bugs from entrance. Staff didnt apologize, seem to not care much and made no effort to compensate. Breakfast was decent. Will not stay at this location in the future.

Old building but nicely kept & very clean. Complimentary welcome goodies are also appreciated especially after a long drive.

The staff were friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area is spacious with plenty of seating. While the breakfast is fairly standard, there was a good variety and everything was well stocked. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced place to stay. I would happily stay here again.

For the price it is a great option. This is an older hotel that has wear and tear but the current owners keep it impeccably clean, plus, breakfast items.

The breakfast was good. For an older property you could tell the owners had worked hard to update it on a reasonable budget and that’s appreciated.

The breakfast was not good. The building was in disrepair and was depressing.

Clean grateful for that
