Travelodge by Wyndham North Platte

Good for an overnight stay while traveling. Coffee available in the lobby.

The motel was conveniently located off of interstate 80. It was an inexpensive room, and the accommodations were OK. It is not fancy, but a great stop if you’re traveling through.

Our Rooms were dirty and not ready Bathroom was small and ironing board was hung up on the bathroom wall which made access worse! The carpet in one of our rooms smelled like urine

Elevator broke down. Someone else's trash was still in the trash can when we got in. Staff was not dressed professionally at all

Not my first time staying here. North Platt is the perfect stopping point on my way to Denver. Hotel is conveniently located, clean and has Lyra of options for food. I’ll be back.

Staff was pleasant. I appreciated that the room lock did not make a loud noise when you used it, so it didn't disturb other guests. They thoughtfully provided a rack for you to hang your towels on. (Often hotels encourage you to use your towels over multiple days, but fail to provide anywhere for you to hang them!) The drapes were great! They were attached at the outer sides to a frame so no light was let in on the sides. They also had magnets on the inside edges of the drapery panels, so no light got in there, either. NEGATIVES: I stubbed my toe multiple times on the refrigerator that was under the counter when I used the sink. The lighting is way too dark! The light over the sink was the brightest, but still too dark for applying make-up. The A/C cooled just fine, but didn't remove the humidity. (Outdoor temp was around 90°.) It felt kind of damp. This room is in need of a deep cleaning. The carpet felt kind of tacky.

Unfortunately it seemed like we got a room that wasn’t cleaned. There were dirty wet towels hanging in the bathroom. The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. The door was open when we got there as well. The staff was friendly.

Staff could be a little more welcoming and provide amenity information.

The hotel is very outdated and worn. The staff greeted us and they were very pleasant. They called our room shortly after we got in to see if everything was ok. I explained that our bathroom was not cleaned well at all. The tub was stained and the bottom of it where the anti slip area was it had letersl black dirty stuck on stuff. Fixtures were not clean either. The young lady who called laughed nervously and said well if there is anything we can do for you let us know. ????? I realize the hotel is older, but the MOST important thing to us at any hotel is that it is clean. I would have happily paid more to have had a clean shower. Read last comment

Shower in bathroom is broken

Decent location At 11 pm, someone with a key to our room attempted to barge in, when confronted in the hallway they told me they were trying to replace our soap. The shower was broken and dirty, there were nicotine streaks down the walls

It was clean. Very reasonably priced

On site restaurant was drastically understaffed and kinda dirty. We walked out.
