Clean quiet and comfortable. And a very good breakfast spread

We enjoyed our stay the pool and hottub were lovely. The staff during break were very attentive and helpful.

It's a very nice hotel and very clean

Mostly clean but outdated. Grout was dirty in bathroom just due to being old. Beds were clean. I have a service animal, walked in and said I was there to check in. Lady at the front says, “well I can’t because you have a pet” very rudely. I explained that she was a service animal. Lady next to her asks again, “she’s not an emotional support animal?” No she isn’t. She is certified, trained and I don’t need to have someone shaming me for this. They need some customer service training here. Why not just ask is this a pet or service animal? Then be nice. Have some grace for those of us who need service animals. Terrible attitude.

Clean, well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Especially the Kathy, the lady who worked the breakfast!

All was excellent-next time would choose a top floor if available, since occupants above us created quite a bit of foot traffic noise.

Top notch front desk customer service, super clean rooms and building, love that the sink is outside the bathroom to allow sharing of space when traveling with others, amazing full breakfast bar (I'm saying the best I've seen at any hotel)! Definitely stay here if you're traveling through!

Facility was top notch. Helpful, friendly, professional staff in every area. Breakfast was beyond expectation, and multiple wait staff asked us how our food was, and if we needed anything. Room was spotless. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Was really nice clean and amazing breakfast including omelets biscuits and gravy bacon danishes dress fruit pancakes and much more, nice large pool open until 11 p.m they even had a free cocktail and appetizers hour from 5-7 p.m

Breakfast excellent! Rooms clean and quiet. Pool was good (indoor pools aren't my thing, but my kid enjoyed it) Check in/out fast and efficient. Would stay here again!

The bed was comfortable and room was clean. The elevator was slow but we were able to take the stairs to the 3rd floor
