We love this place and the staff. I only wish they would stop putting the soap, shampoo and conditioner on the wall. Research has shown that this becomes the dirtiest place in hotel rooms.

There was food left in my fridge. The coffee maker was dirty.

It was okay.

We traveled from Meridian, Idaho to Cleveland on a round trip excursion staying at different hotel every night. All had a breakfast the next morning, but nothing like what was offered here. Best out of nine stays. Plus an exceptionally quiet room.

The staff was super friendly. The towels were really soft and absorbent. We had a very quiet restful evening.
-
The room was very stuffy and smelled stale. There were noticeably large cobwebs on the ceiling. It felt like an abandoned room.

All was fine, except check in, it took way too long. Four people lined up, and the receptionist took a phone call. Instead of properly asking them to hold, she talked with them about a reservation, as we all are standing in line, waiting to check in. It was late, and everyone was tired. Poor management!

Bathroom fan hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
