Best Western Plus North Platte Inn & Suites

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. We were coming through Nebraska driving home to our state and needed a rest stop for the night. I picked this place based on its reviews and the fact it had a large pool for the kids. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and unavailable. However, we were discounted for this inconvenience and they were very kind about it.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, bed mattress was new and in great shape. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for renovation for the week during and following my stay.

Didn’t even say anything to me when we walked in stood in front of her and nothing. Lady walked out of the back and said welcome to best western. Dirty rag left behind shower curtain in corner. Just not a good experience

Best complimentary breakfast we’ve ever had on the road along with great service. Had a 24-hour coffee/hot drink service too!

Traveling with our kids and no notification online said pool area was under renovation. So make note...pool area is not available. They were allowing guests to use a different nearby pool however it was not in walking distance. Room was beautiful and clean but the kids were very disappointed about the pool situation.

I would not have booked if I was aware the pool area was closed. I paid ahead online and was not aware of closures

The breakfast was good and the best part of the stay. The pool was closed which was a surprise in the middle of summer.

House was super clean and in a great location! It had everything we needed, even though we didn't spend a lot of time there.

Staff was incredibly nice from Angela at check-in to breakfast and cleaning staff. The breakfast was a great value and always full. Place to stay in North Platte.

Clean and well maintained

Pool out of service on weekend in middle of summer… while checking in overheard staff member calling in maintenance on room. Breakfast area was completely overwhelmed by number of guests and couldn’t keep up. Overall, sense of poor management of the property.

Staff helpful. Breakfast was amazing everyday. (Loved the coffee choices) disappointed that the pool and hot tub were unavailable due to maintenance

Best hotel breakfast around!

The room was clean, although it was obvious that the carpet had not been switched out for quite a while and showed. There were plenty of supplies in the bathroom, including actual liquid hand soap, instead of a nasty bar soap. The staff was super friendly and handled any question or need we had. Breakfast had a great selection for both adults and kids. Honestly, the biggest improvement they could make would be to switch out the mattresses on the sofa bed. The beds were comfy enough, but the mattress was in such rough shape on the sofa bed that we had to ask for extra blankets so that we could layer them to avoid getting poked by springs. Overall, not a bad place for a one night stop as we passed through.
