The management of the property made us feel at home and were very kind.you can tell they really care about the guest more than they are required. Good job !! Made our trip better
-
Coffee was good, eggs mediocre. Only toast available, no donuts, bagels etc, no yogurt.
-
Total dump, had trouble finding a person to check in and then again, check out. Stayed till 6am to get some breakfast but there was none, some gal can in about 6:15 but she was so slow moving I'd have been there another 20 mins.

A nice clean affordable stay. Some fun sightseeing to do in NP.

Newly updated rooms. Staff was excellent

The staff we interacted with were incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and made the check-in and check-out process an absolute breeze. We also really liked the indoor pool; it’s on the smaller side, but it’s very well kept and didn't have an overpowering chlorine odor. Finally, the breakfast was pretty good—they even had biscuits and gravy, which was a huge plus! I would definitely stay here again.

I was quoted by the reservation line that the pet fee was $15 but was charged $18???
-
I liked the ease of booking. I didn’t care for the torn curtains the dirty bathtub or the stained washcloths.

PS - to the staff, thank you for all you do.

It was alright. Not amazing. Ice machine was freaking scary.

First our blowdryer started on fire...then housekeeping took my dirty bag of clothes (no it was not in a garbage bag)..when I asked the front desk man he told me the dumpster was out back for me to go through..i am 5ft tall woman...i am not getting in a dumpster...when u husband went to confront him he said he would talk with the manager..when we went to check out a different man was at the desk and said the manager would be down at 8am..so my husband wait for him..it was the same guy from the night before...he was the MANAGER..why would a person not disclose there position?..someone that was hoping we would just leave and forget it...they gave me a whopping $20..which didn't cover the socks they threw out let alone the Victoria Secret lingerie that was in there...this is absolutely unacceptable...i can over look alot for a good value but this place was not cheep...horrible place..and the breakfast was horrible..they never came to freshen anything..the biscuits where so hard I couldn't bit into it..the apple juice was literally water with color add...and there was no one ever at the desk to tell them..

Staff did not communicate very well either during check- in or in the morning. Only thing I can say about the room is it was a comfortable bed and a place to shower. Was not well prepared for guest. The most disappointing was the continental breakfast. Coffee tasted like it was brewed the day before, no fruits, couple slices of bread/muffins available and the very basic amenities. Felt staff really did not care. Seemed to be more interested in social media on their phones versus adequately maintaining breakfast area. If searching this area for a stay, consider other options.

My room was big and comfortable. My only complaint is that the "hardwood" floor was not clean. It looked clean until I walked on it for five minutes without shoes on. Filthy feet... Choosing to change out the carpeting for LVP is a great idea, but it has to be mopped between guests! Duh...

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was friendly. Pool was a little small, but it worked just fine! Definitely would stay again.
-
The staff were very kind and helpful and there were a few different options for the continental breakfast. The room had multiple holes in the walls, half of the outlets didn’t work, and the bed was extremely squeaky. A major plus was the A/C worked extremely well and kept the room nice and cold. The shower head was elevated so tall people don’t have to crouch and that was very appreciated!

-
Accommodations adequate for stays. Centrally located for conveniences

Would come again. Pool was nice
