Super 8 by Wyndham North Platte

The place was not clean and had to stay on 2nd floor because the 1st floor was sold out. only saw about 25-30 cars in the lot, How this place got a 8.8 rating is beyond me. Will never stay again. I think wyndam should be be embarrased.

Amenities were adequate

Stayed 1 night as we were passing through. For what we paid it was okay. Just wish the bathroom on our room was clean. It didnt look for feel clean. Hair stuck to the faucet. Water marks on the mirror. Finger prints on the mirror in the room. The floor was sticky. I never took off my shoes. But it was quiet and the front desk attendant was lovely

Beds were not clean, unknown material in between sheets, urine on walls of bathroom, sink paint chipping, attempted to cancel an additional stay later that week, was denied; attempted to request a refund with no response after purchasing additional insurance on each stay. Will not book Super 8 again to poor service and unsanitary conditions of room.

It was an older hotel, however, the front desk was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! We've stayed at high end hotels, but would choose this one over and over again as they went out of their way to excellent for what we needed!!!!

Decent room and decent hotel. Pretty okay for the price. However, we did have a dead bug in our bathroom light.

The room appeared clean, the hotel staff was friendly and attentive, the breakfast was a typical hotel 'free breakfast', the air conditioner worked fine, so we have no other complaints or comments. However, we probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Very dirty, poorly maintained, visible rust and mold and calcium deposits in bathroom. Carpet coming up off of floor. Very dissatisfied with stay. The doors of the rooms near were very loud in our room and caused our baby to wake. Bad tasting eggs, though they were warm

Well a long frustrating night at the LBF, this was a last minute check in. The front desk lady was kind enough and gave me a late check out due to unforeseen circumstances. However, that's where the illusion ended. We ran across the road to get a bite to eat and then make our way back. We fell straight to sleep. In the early morning I woke up and found the room was filthy. All the photos attached are what we found. Disgusting. I went and showed the morning desk clerk the photos and she was also disgusted. She took copies to show her boss so she could get direction for a discount. I stopped by the front desk on our way out and was told I'd receive a $40 discount because i should have alerted them immediately. True, but whatever. I was done over the experience. I learned my lesson. From now on I will ALWAYS check my room before I fall asleep.

Check in was by kiosk with remote staff. Makes site feel unsafe. Property was terribly unkept snd unclean. The lack of care, professionalism and commitment to the property Makes it feel unsafe as well. Please stay anywhere else.
