The dead bolt on the door wouldn't lock. We had 2 towels for 4 people. When I requested more, I was told it was a holiday weekend and they only had 1 clean towel. The towels we did have were stained. Im not sure if they were clean. The bathroom floor was dirty. I wiped up water and the towel was brown. Continental breakfast was frozen waffles, hard boiled eggs and 3 apples. We passed. Homeless living in a car in the parking lot.

The area seemed a little bit sketchy. Most of all? That beautiful picture of a summer pool was fake. It was covered over and the area around it could possibly be considered a danger. There was overturned broken pool furniture around it. Breakfast the first morning could be as expected for such a property. Cereal, frozen waffles & sausage, muffins & coffee. 2nd morning no coffee bc the coffee maker broke. 3rd morning I opted for a $17 breakfast at a nearby Bob Evans before I left the area, as I was checking out. It served its purpose for a $40ish a night hotel. If you’re expecting what’s on the website, you aren’t getting that.

The girls were great, the property and everything inside of it is nasty, ran down, dirty, with bugs

Upon arrival, we found our room to be clean and the staff helpful. The hotel was near a great selection of places to eat and convenient stores for everyday needs . The hotel was just what we needed for our couple of week's stay while waiting for our house to be finished . Despite the hotel being off of I-75, it was very quiet and peaceful. We recommend this hotel and we will probably be staying again in the future. Jami M.

The glass side entrance doors are not locked. People can enter without having the room key.

Our experience the first night was awful. Someone was burning incense in their room, which set off the fire alarm at 2:00 AM. Come to find out the police and fire fighters said it was not uncommon for that to happen at the motel. As far as the room, we had no working phone, exhaust fan in bathroom was rusted out and no fan cover and they do not provide hair dryers.

The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely needs updating. Not all plugs were operable. Cleaning staff didn't have cups or condiment packs for the one cup coffee maker. Breakfast was a microwaveable continental breakfast. Was good enough to lay our head down and sleep.

Bed was formatable to sleep in but the quilt has a big orange food stain. Towels were clean and not in good quality. Room AC was working but loud. The breakfast was not replenished timely; the hard boiled eggs and yogurt ran out an hour before close. Location as convenient.

The rooms need some upgrades.

The bed was comfortable and the receptionists were friendly. Other than that, there was nothing else positive. The hallway smelled musty, the bathroom was dirty, the bathtub was very rundown, and the sliding door to the patio did not work. When I checked in, there was no remote control for the television but the girl in the reception was very helpful and was able to find another for me. The pool was not in service. The people working there were nice but the hotel is not in good condition.

Not as described. Asking for a refund. Please refund the room. I called and spoke to Expedia telling them we felt unsafe at the property. We are waiting to hear back.

It was cheap and everything is within 30 min drive. Neighbor hood around isn't too good. Not like a shot fired bad but drug problem bad. Pool has been closed since 2020.

pool was not open continental breakfast was frozen sausage you had to heat up in the microwave, hard-boiled eggs, and Eggo waffles, better get early if you even want coffee or milk for the two kinds of cereal they had. Staff was not very helpful or friendly stains on comforter when we walked in the room Construction on your way in with debris that’s a hazard in walkways. Definitely would not stay here again.
