Miami Suites Hotel

Room was disgusting. Trash in the room. Trash everywhere outside. Front desk lady was pleasant. 100/10 do NOT recommend

It was firty, dilapidated and it felt unsafe. People in other rooms played loud music and sometimes you could hear arguing. There were people drinking in the parking lot. There were trash bags piled up outside.

I got weird vibes before checking in but thought it was related to travel fatigue. The halls and entryways to living spaces were in disrepair. The room itself smelled as if there was a previous fire on the premises. I didn’t get to the part of looking for bedbugs because I was afraid to put my bags down. There were people everywhere in the parking lot. We left the key on the console and left immediately. I chose to not ask for a refund because I wanted out of there that bad. I did not feel safe enough to stay there with my granddaughter.

Property is very dated, smelled like smoke and weed in hallways and foyer. Not suitable for families.

Amazing staff. Building is older but, great for the rate you're paying. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. 5 star service, 3 star suites.

Place is a complete dump.

Building looked very sketchy and very rundown/unclean. We did not feel safe staying here and I ended up accepting my losses because I couldn’t cancel or get a refund. Paid for two hotels because this place didn’t feel safe in the slightest.

I saw a ball of hair stuck to the towel, the mini fridge made noise so I had to unplug it to sleep at night, I can hear people talking and yelling outside, but the most disgusting thing is that the sink floods due to old outdated pipes so you will be having the dirty water from the room next to you this use to be a Days Inn, but sold and rebranded and it seems like they cut down on cost to stay profitable, but never spend on fixing anything

Worst place i have ever stayed.

We stayed in room 112 which is a jacuzzi room. Upon arrival I noticed huge holes in the wall and the one and only plug in the bathroom, I had to stand on the toilet to reach it. The jacuzzi water never got warm enough to use it and the jacuzzi only had one jet working. The hotel was old and and smelled bad when you

Room 269, so very disappointed with this stay. Went to check in around 830 and the attendant was sleeping. She didnt seem thrilled she had customers the entire encounter from getting our room key to leaving the counter. She mentioned the tv didnt work but also didnt mention the bed was broke, one of the dresser drawers wouldnt stay closed and another had no bottom, the jacuzzi tub didnt have a plug or vent caps and that multiple fire alarms in the hall way would beep all night and the bathroom light did not work properly, it was very dim and spooky like, there was no door latch lock only half the lock. Would not recommend this place until they remodel or take action to fix the things that need fixed.

Parking was well lit, plentiful. Room seemed clean except the air conditioning unit. Be advised for planning there was no closet rod or hangers, no towel rack or toilet paper holder, they were missing/broken, no phone in the room, no coffee pot or cups in the room, the restaurant and breakfast room are closed permanently it seems - so there’s no coffee on site anywhere, and most vending machines are empty. But there was a vending machine in the lobby with options and the lobby is clean and inviting in a pleasant kitchy sort of way. Overall it turned out ok but the vibe in the room made me feel like I had to seriously inspect for bedbugs so I couldn’t sleep comfortably or relax fully. Maybe this will help someone in your decision.

I DIDNT STAY AFTER I CHECKED IN. IT HAD A BAD MOLDEY SMELL AND THE BED HAD US ITCHING

I was trying to save a few dollars on a weekend stay between business meetings. Ive traveled a lot international and domestic. This is the 2nd worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The worst was in India.

This property was horrible.. rooms are really dirty..we moved rooms 3 times.. the first room had mice droppings. The 2nd one had hair food and just smelled bad..I looked at another room and it smelled like a dog lived in it..the last one we took..we had no choice we went to Toledo for an event, so the room had cigarette ashes, microwave was filthy...it was horrible and we didn't even get a discount..never again...ever.. horrible..they should be closed.....

Long wait for staff to answer bell in check in. Key didnt work in door. Room stripped of furniture. Bathroom worn out and none to clean. They advertise breakfast, but at 7:00 am, only coffee and powdered creamer was available.
