Breakfast is not provided. The hotel looks well used, and from the outside some of the lower windows were broken.

I'll never in my life book a room at this establishment ever again. Very nasty, very dirty, my husband broke out in hives all over his body, and I'm assuming it came from that dirty shower water. You got people, just hanging out smoking all over the property. Nobody gonna come clean the rooms. The hallway is stank is hell and have the audacity to ask for a $50 deposit the nerves for this business to ask for any more type of money out of any customers. When you're establishment is stank as hell and filthy. Dirty the way it is, My husband broke out the way he did from that dirty water they lucky, I don't sue. How my husband's skin broke out the way it did. Please, anybody everybody do not get a room here. You're gonna be very disappointed.

Hotel has a weird chemical smell

I really liked it, even though someone deliberately bothered me near the window.

Awesome staff and clean room

Room, elevator, washroom snd check in area had false odour and were dirty. Moreover washroom had ants running all over the floor,

I paid additional and booked a suite, but after arriving was told only rooms with two double beds were available. The option to cancel my reservation was given to me, but the employee kept saying there's nothing they can do about the wrong room being advertised on a third party site.

The property and room were clean. There was no one at the front desk and every time we needed to talk to someone we had to press a button on a phone in order to talk to someone. We also had to go to the front desk, press the button and ask for clean towels.

The hotel was dirty inside the room and in the common areas too. I had someone's old clothes and used toothbrush in a drawer. Had to go get the front desk to clear out. All they did was grab them and throw them away, did not clean the drawer. The pool is under construction and not advertised as such. I specifically booked it for the indoor pool that I was not able to use. The place also has shady people who stay there long term. Definitely a safety concern. Stay elsewhere if you can.

Clean rooms great staff

When I checked in, I was told there was a $50 security deposit. I handed the clerk my credit card, but he gave it back and asked me to pay the deposit in cash instead. I thought that was unusual. I also had to go back to the front desk twice before I finally received a receipt for the cash deposit. At first, I was told that no receipt was available, which made me uncomfortable. Another disappointment was that I had booked a suite, but I was assigned a standard double room instead. When I asked about it, I was told that the room I received was what I had booked. I was tired from traveling and didn't want to argue, so I decided to let it go and get settled. The elevator was also out of service during my stay, and my room was on the third floor, so carrying my luggage up and down the stairs wasn't ideal. Finally, breakfast wasn't mentioned at check-in. Complimentary breakfast was one of the reasons I chose this hotel, so it would have been helpful if the staff had told guests where it was served and what the hours were.

Another thing I didn’t like was that the hair dryer was broken and I asked the guy do you have any other hair dryers? He looked at me with this confused/annoyed look and said, “no sir”. What I meant was well if no room is using one, just let me borrow it for one night? So I thought to myself and said forget it, bought my own hair dryer from CVS pharmacy. Bed sheets were dirty from stains, ceiling stucco or paint was peeling, dirty floors. Yes, it’s cheap but seeing pictures/reading online vs in person are two different things. I stayed there two nights. My advice is if you’re staying in Toledo, Ohio stay at a Hilton hotel even if it’s a day or a few days then avoid BlissPoint Inn unless you’re strapped for cash and don’t care because you plan to spend majority of your day outside the hotel, in terms of area it’s in, it’s a fairy quiet area with a plaza and gas stations around, shower worked fine so I guess those are the only positives I would give. Out of 5 I’d give it two stars at best. Check out was fairly straight forward the woman was kind and did it quickly.

Nice place, great price but not many amenities.

Hair left in ned from last guest, some of the electric sockets didn't work, bed was hard Nats flying out of sink drain, friendly staff but won't go back.

Staff was nice. Area wasn’t bad. Room was just super dirty and sheets and blankets were dirty. Was really unfortunate but not terrible for $50 a night.

I am from the area of Toledo,Oh. The outside is nice but the inside tells a story. The check-in was fine but inside the room was different from other hotels; there was no plastic or paper cups, no telephone to call front desk, no coffee maker in the room and the trash can line was from a store. Just trying to change channels on the Television was difficult had to google the number to speak with customer service to figure out the channels, front desk knocked on the door saying take a picture of the hand written channel list. During check out front desk asked what was the condition of the room.
