The ora of the hotel and the security guard was fabulous It was to hot in the rooms

Elevators Lots of humidity...bad smell...they need to upgrade the place...new floors, bathrooms...really bad

Clean place in a very good location. It’s winter season and the lobby area was cold. I understand is not their fault.

Even the pillows were hard and heavy

Location This reservation was made for my in-laws, and this was their experience. The air conditioning in the room did not work, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. They repeatedly requested for it to be fixed or to be moved to another room, but the hotel did nothing to accommodate them. On top of that, the blow dryer was broken, and although they asked for a replacement, it was never brought. They also booked under the impression that there was on-site laundry, which turned out not to be true. To make things worse, even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping still entered the room and cleaned while they were gone. Overall, their concerns were ignored and the service did not meet expectations.

The location is nice, good parking and close to some restaurants. Quiet rooms and environment. The room was quite warm and took a long time to get cooled off. There are lots of places in the hotel that you can see need updating or repairs, but doesn’t affect stay just makes it seem neglected.

The location was excellent, room clean and perfect view. quality was poor, the AC never worked, the hallways were also really hot and we ended up having a bad nights!

Quiet on the 10th floor. The restaurant and restaurant staff were attentive. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty. Hair lying everywhere. The shower faucet had a steady drip.

The first room they gave us did not have AC. They ended up placing us in a different room after we called.

The location, nothing else. Rented a Junior Suite, jacuzzi was dirty. It did not have a plug, AC to the room was blowing hot air even at the lowest temperature. I was sweating and starting to get very frustrated since it was HOT outside. The refrigerator stopped working 1 hour after I checked in all my snacks and food went bad. When I asked for another suite I was told none were available. The parking garage was completely empty, how can they NOT have any others available. Literally NO one in the hotel nor parked in the underground garage. Save your money go stay elsewhere.

The welcome comfort and service was great. Parking lot, scary for my wife. Needs security or someone walking by.

The breackfast was poor they didn't have wat we ask for the eggs and pancakes needed to be knocked longer The rooms it was ok but the tubs in both bathrooms leak and it took like 10 minutes to get hot water the atension was super cool but they need to work a little more on cleaning the rooms it has no fridge or microwave breakfast should be included and we endup paying for
