The service The cleanness

Its clean and staff its very nice. Coffe and bottled water its provided. Rooms are not up to date (fancy) but they're confortable based on pricing During my stay of 4 nights, the property ran out of hot water for 3 days and thats where the problem started, the staff lied about when would they be able to fix it so I was very uncomfortable for that. Finally talked to manager and he explained the issue and was honest and as a result he offer free breakfast (thumbs up for that)

The description of the utilities in the room were not accurate. They advertise things they do not have available for you. For the price I paid for the two days, it was pretty expensive.

THAT THEY WERE. HAIRS IN THE BED WHEN I OPENED THE COVER TO LAID DOWN I HONESTLY DID NOT LIKE THAT....BECAUSE THAT I KNOW OF IS THAT THEY SHOULD BE CLEANED UP

I love what you did to the floors in the room. It looks a lot better with the laminate flooring instead of the carpet. Great job! You restraurant is just a great. I loved the meal I had that day! Really can't think of anything bad to say about the place.
