No ice no coffee vending machine way to expensive

Terrible place to stay with homeless hanging around all day and night.

It was exactly what they said it was, no gimmicks , very clean, would stay there again and again 👍

The place was clean and staff was nice however there are people hanging out in their cars and in front of the doors smoking . Drinking doing god know what else and slamming doors all night. It was creepy and did not feel safe! However if you reach out to Expedia they do not care. I checked out a day early of my 2 night stay because it was not the star rating they posted. I did not sleep on the uncomfortable beds and with all the little party in parking lot. I asked for a refund for just one night and was denied. I went down the street to a different hotel as soon as I got up just so I could get some sleep before doing what I planned to do. Expedia pretty much said tuff luck! Beware of Expedia and the star ratings along with this hotel. There is no coffee in room just a half ass machine in the front office. I ended up spending extra money on hotels just so I could function.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would stay here again. Price was great. Room and lobby were clean. If you need a simple place to stay, this is it.

Good prices and clean place to sleep

Staff is awesome. Fitness center was an unexpected bonus. Housekeeping never skipped a beat.

Nice place and nice rooms

The room had food crumbs on the floors and ants crawling on the counters and the bed. The towels in the room were stained. The AC unit was broken. Overall a very disappointing experience.

I am only rating this a 3, rather than a 0 due to the nice front desk staff and it WAS clean. I tend to NOT write reviews unless I have something good to stay. But this place upset me enough to want to write something. VERY expensive for the area and ABSOLUTELY NONE of the usual basic hotel amenities. Bare minimum. A couple of pillow, a couple of flimsy towels, no bathroom products, no coffee maker, no cups, no tissue, just enough toilet paper, etc. Sure, there was a full sized fridge and kitchenette, but we would have had to outfit it all ourselves. We had been camping in a tent and cabins so did not expect anything but a clean comfortable room with basic hotel amenities. A rip off. Avoid this hotel chain. Avoid. Rip off. NO usual hotel amenities. Less than basic. High cost for area.

Booked through Expedia with a non refundable room, only to find out having my pet with me cost just as much as the room did. Nothing on Expedia described the large pet fee. It was only divulged at check in. I could have stayed at a much nicer place with breakfast and carpet in the rooms for what I spent that night.

very clean, some staff were very helpful, others not so much booked because I wanted the convenience of a small kitchen with a full refrigerator, it was clean because there was no ability to use the kitchen! no cutlery, soap, pots, pans, kitchen towels etc. there was a single bar of soap and a small shampoo only provided. No tissues, blow dryer things you would take for granted. I would never expect anyone to travel with these items, so a bit disingenuous listing
