Comfort Inn Oak Ridge - Knoxville

Room 202. Cracked window, broken shower curtain rod, loose pipes in wall - couldn’t point the shower head anywhere but against the wall or at the sink, toilet running constantly and couldn’t turn off the water to the toilet. Not good for the water shutoff to not work. Someone’s hair was under the desk, not mine - much longer and blonde with some dirt. Floor in the room and lobby looks absolutely destroyed. They either used residential flooring and dragged stuff across it or haven’t replace the commercial stuff in years. Milk at the free breakfast non existent because it went bad - there is a Walmart 100 yards away, and the staff didn’t or aren’t empowered to go get some. Buddies stayed on the third floor, similar issues - the toilet needed a plunger even with nothing in it. Air conditioning and bed was great. Shower was hot and strong. If your goal is cheap, this is the place for you.

The beds were so comfortable. My sister and I kept saying how great the beds were. Staff was so friendly. Great breakfast bar (both plain and blueberry batter for making waffles) that was a bonus.

Hotel room was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was well stocked and had a nice selection. Food was good. Hotel could use some touch ups to paint etc and pick up outside. Overall everything was very good for the price

Clean, comfortable beds, decent breakfast and well stocked! Helpful staff - housekeeping every day was such a treat!!! Dave at the front desk was so helpful in getting our lost keys back to us!!! So happy and will return!

I've stayed at this hotel many times for work over the years. It's a very nice property, but you can tell it's a little tired. There has been some renovations, but some of them were not done very well. That being said, I always have a clean room, a working bathroom, and a good stay.

I am short, 5' 1". I had much difficulty getting into the very tall bed, The facial tissues were out. Other than those things, the hotel was fine.

We stay here every year for our trip to windrock. Its always clean and they are very trailer friendly and allow you tompaekmin grass if needed. Good place to stay.

Dave at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Breakfast severed every morning was well stocked and maintained. The location was convenient and easy to get to with plenty of parking. Our first room was missing trim with peeling molded wall paper. Second room updates were very poorly executed. Side of bed outlet was not working and I had to move side table to be able to plug in CPAP machine. The bathroom was too small and not very clean. The shower head was so low I couldn't stand under it properly.

The hotel was close to several different restaurants and a movie theater. Also the hotel was walking distance to several museums we wanted to see The breakfast was very good. The person had ver the breakfast was very helpful. I would stay there again.

I stayed there one night. Not much to report on. It was clean. Staff was friendly upon check in.

Bathrooms have to be updated, the hotel room floors have to be cleaned, don’t put two twin beds together to make a king size bed (not comfy), and the elevator has to be cleaned from time to time. If it wasn’t for the price - I would not recommend.

Desk clerk was friendly, we had to leave early so we didn't have breakfast. Hotel had a great layout, great amenities. Parking was perfect. Room was very clean.

We just stayed for the night but everything was great. Bev the breakfast attendant was great too!

The rooms are clean, bed comfortable, and it’s quiet - slept very well. The room we had 424- needed a bit of freshening and the bathroom door stuck on the floor so it would not open or shut all the way. The tub ran slowly - probably needs a little attention. One gripe I do have is there are NO towel bars at all in the bathroom. Why? There is plenty of unused wall space - good thing I brought my own!
