Excellent setting and close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast offerings are a plus. Very friendly staff.

Front desk girl was too busy in the parking lot talking to someone else rather than being behind the desk, pool was closed and it was still over 80 outside. Rates were terribly inflated because of a TN home game, I asked for them to reduce my rate since it was lower at the time of check in, could not. Would not stay here again.

Front desk clerks,were very helpful and kind, just like I was part of the family,quiet,convient to everything,food,especially in the back of motel on the main road,will stay again if I ever travel back to that area

The room felt stuffy and damp even with the air conditioner on. The vent in the bathroom had so much dust covering it, I am surprised that it worked. There were holes in the sheets and dried blood on the blanket

Entire facility was very clean. No air on when we checked into our room so it was an oven. Took a long time to cool off. Bed was comfy & shower had great water pressure. Other than the heat wave in our room, everything was good.

The facility was well maintained and clean. The bathroom was tiny and the sink and vanity were in the main room rather than in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay and the staff was helpful. The air conditioning was fine. The lobby should have had more chair seating for visiting with others.

The front desk associate was very helpful and accommodating, my granddaughter and family came in from Florida to Oak Ridge to attend her mother’s funeral and made sure she had the room we needed since they have 2 small children and had been booked in the room several different occasions. They also made sure her in laws were in the room next to them. Thank you for being so accommodating during a very difficult time.

Arrived late the pool was shut down like relaxing in the pool late so waste of going here

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. I like having breakfast available at 530. Many places don’t open until later.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, location was perfect for us.

We checked in, staff was great. When going into our room, it had people sleeping in the beds. Of course we were given another room. It took 2 days and police to get them out.
