Arrived at hotel at 3:47 PM Friday the 12th. Approached desk to ask if we could check in. Immediately told are room was not ready and that we had to wait to 4:00 PM. Sat down in lobby while I watched two other sets of people check in at the next counter. At 3:55 we were told we could check in. I immediately responded to staff that it wasn't 4:00 pm as he previously told me i needed to wait. Proceeded to check in and was assigned room 206? which was on 2nd floor right next to air conditions of the hotel. In addition, Our personal room had hvac noises which were internment in which i did record the signs it made off and on all night. Didn't inform or complain to staff as I'm sure the hotel was booked near capacity.

The staff and inside facility were amazing! The property had some scattered debris on the lawn - needed attention. Otherwise, would stay there again...

My family and I stayed for 5 nights and we really were impressed with the property. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Room was spacious and well thought out. Will definitely stay again.

There was nothing to like the reservation got canceled and I called Booking. Com to help & ended up with no reservation and no refund This is a very poor option ? and the support was useless and still waiting for call back from last month ?
