Overall, the room was clean, and the pool was decent. However, the service could be improved, as the hotel appeared to be understaffed with only one attendant available, which resulted in slower service and a less satisfactory guest experience

Limpieza del cuarto muy bien, lo unico que tenia hongos la parte de la ducha. Que en el ultimo dia lo limpiaron. (Estuve 4 noches) La Piscina es amplia y estuvo limpia los dos primero dias. Los dos ultimos dias habia pelotas de pelos en el fondo. Igual recomiendo el hotel.

The facility and staff are very nice The air conditioning was very loud. It would go on and off all night long. Sounded like jet plane taking off in our room each time. Deafening As a result, we slept very poorly.

Location was great. Our stay would have been better if the shower and sink had cold water very inconvenient with a toddler could of burned us with the scolding hot water told staff and they said that we would be compensated for the inconvenience but they never did.

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and we were able to check in early. The only issue was water temperature in rooms....

Superior room was very nice, clean and nice bedding. One VERY DANGERIOUS item was the shower inside the bathtub. Bathtub bottom was very slippery. No rough surface or tub mat. As seniors we were so concerned that we didn’t shower second day. Grab bar was on opposite wall and difficult to reach safely. Breakfast was not looking great and expensive. We found a great diner 10 minutes away. Not a great value for price paid. Nice looking and room very nice but improvements can be made

The AC was wonderful. The WiFi was terrific. There were plenty of outlets to plug in. The bed was very comfortable and the room was immaculately clean.
