I was assured I would receive a discount on my bill, but the manager was NEVER available to speak. Then the elevator broke, and I was specially placed in a room near the elevator so I did not have to walk as far. UGH! And I called the hotel, but was transferred to the main Holiday Inn number. After being transferred FIVE TIMES and wasting 20 minutes of my time, I was assured that my complaints would be documented... no word on the promised discount for my inconvenience. I will not stay here again.

The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't like having a tub instead of a walk-in shower. It is too slippery and I almost slipped a number of times.

The rooms are not cleaned properly. They only seem to make the bed. One time they just folded and put the wet towels on the counter. Disappointing.

Very clean, pool worked, some gym equipment was broken, breakfast could have been better but it was a food stay overall. Also could use more than one washer and dryer. Close to lots of stores, the highway, the beach. Gym equipment was broken and sometime the breakfast wasn’t restocked efficiently.

Clean room, great breaskast, 24 hour brew your own coffee amazing we enjoyed our overnight stay even if it was in the middle of a nore Easter in NJ

It is a clean and well-kept reasonably priced hotel.

Breakfast was very good and the fresh brewed coffee was great. The shower/tub had a contoured bottom that made me feel unsteady at times. I have ankle issues and that made it uncomfortable.

There is no shortage of air conditioning. All the basics are well done. We did ask for housekeeping to come during the stay but each time it was not a thorough job.
