I booked a 1 bedroom suite for myself m, wife and two kids days in advance of our 1 night stay for my birthday. When I checked in they put us in a studio suite so I went to the front desk and LONNIE was very helpful and understanding but switched me to a double queen 1 bedroom. So now I have my kids in the room and that's not what I wanted my wife and I wanted some privacy. I don't know why I couldn't get the room I booked and paid for especially being a Hilton honors member. I love homewood suites they are so clean and have amazing amenities and a great waffle breakfast! But i don't know if I would stay there again. I should have got what I paid for or at least an explanation why it happened. It was a Monday night and the hotel wasn't booked solid. I wasn't offered a refund being put in the smaller room that was 35 dollars cheaper than what I paid for when I first brought the issue to the front desk. Again I love Homewood Suites but I was def rubbed the wrong way by this.

Minor things to look out for breakfast finishes at 9 AM, which is maybe early for people are on vacation. And the rooms are not cleaned every day I think every other day. Still give it a five star.

Great stay, pool is extremely small but other than that great proximity to the beaches, shopping, resturants. Staff was wonderful room was comfy, clean and quiet.

Very good but cleaning the room 2 time only during our 5 day stay is just not convenient for family with kids. You should definitely do something it.

Close proximity to Asbury Park Beach. Loved the room layout. Slept comfortably 3 adults/3 kids. Large pullout couch with extra couch seating. Extra table seating as well. Great location.

Very comfortable, clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast wasn't so tasty, no veggies at all!! Bagels waffles and muffins.

The fire pit was turned off at 8pm and the pool area was very small. Photos online are deceiving.

That it had a kitchen and a living room separate from bedroom. towels were nice enough. Felt Safe, Easy parking. Halls smelled terrible, No truly healthy food at breakfast so we only had coffee, Bed was not very plush or comfortable.

Convenient clean location staff is so helpful The sofa beds aren’t the most comfortable but that’s pretty standard with sofa beds
