Everything was great, Tiffany was great at the front desk. The only issue we had was trying to get more towels. Nobody was at the desk.

Staff: Danielle, Tiffany and Mr. Coleman...were excellent at Stay Apts. They were very kind, curteous and assisted when ever assistance was needed. Melissa the house keeper worked hard to maintain our room and very kind too. Location is perfect with it being close to everything here in Ocala.

The apt matches the pictures; although I suspect that they probably have larger ones that the one that we stayed at. From the picture it looks bigger; however, it was still fine for us. The facility is renovated and well maintained on the outside. I like that they had a laundry room. I liked the front desk lady, Daniel, she was nice and she took care of a serious issue that we had with our room. When we arrived there was an issue with our accommodation but Daniel took care of it first thing the next morning and did the right thing by us.
