Super 8 by Wyndham Ocala I-75

The ground felt gritty. Otherwise it was expected for what we paid for.

Things were well cared for. My air conditioning was on and working beautifully when I arrived.

So when I checked in on Friday they asked for a card to hold $75 for incidentals. When I checked out the “hold” for 75 was never removed and I was actually changed the 75$. I did a dispute with visa and was told the change was valid . Not sure how that’s possible when I was there for 1 nite and i originally paid via Expedia.

Property was disgusting, dirty dirty dirty, very mildly smelling dog hair all over the place Yes I know it's a pet friendly hotel but there was enough dog hair that it looked like someone shaved a German Shepherd behind the bathroom door not just in my room but my son's room also. Beds were wet from humidity because the air conditioners were not on just overall disgusting place to stay

It was one of the nicer "cheap hotels" I've stayed in. If you're looking for a decent place to stay overnight & are on a tight budget, this is the place for you. It's certainly nothing fancy, but it'll do.

Old smelly / dirty carpet welcomes you upon entering the room. The bathroom looked like one of and abandon country house with rusty faucet and shower handles, wobbling toilet seat in short disgusting to say the least. The only positive aspect was the clean linen.

Was only for 9 hours but ok

How fast that they fixed the issue for me and moved me to another room. The 75 dollar hold for the room when you check in.

It’s an older motel but you can see they work hard to keep it clean! The pool was amazing! No loud noises, no one bothered us! The only reason it did not get 5 stars is the room stayed hot! It was super clean smelled amazing just hot!

The room was dirty, our socks turned black, the ceiling had several black globs of something on it. The water quit working as we were going out for the day. when we got back it was back on, but there was a puddle of water coming out from under the bathroom floor. We cleaned it up and no more came out so we didn't call the front desk. Later that night as we went to the bathroom out socks keep getting wet, but couldn't see where it was coming from. Turned on all the lights and it was coming up between the cracks of the wood floor. It was the middle of the night so used all the towels to cover it till morning. I told the staff the next morning and they had no info of a broken water line.

Unhelpful staff, won’t try to give any effort on customer service, bet they don’t even know what that means, pay your extra bucks on a different hotel, you will get treated like garbage here

Not one single thing Rooms are dirty and extremely outdated and pool was closed. Pictures of place are not true, hotel didn't advertise pool closed
