Our room was very dirty. The floors were filthy, the mirror had black spots on it, the bathroom was loaded with mold and there were dead bug spots on the ceiling.

The room was OK – it was clean I was looking forward to a nice hot shower after traveling many hours during the night, but the water was cold and I think I can pee stronger than the showerhead

Staff refused to let me speak with the general manager who was supposedly on site and refused to give me a refund due to the unclean room. When we checked in the woman who checked me in was very rude when I tried to ask her a question because there was a problem and started yelling at me. After I was able to fix the issue I had she acted as if she didn't just get done screaming at me and accusing me of things. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this is a place I wouldn't take my worst enemy to. Do not stay here.
