Very new and clean. The store- not all of the items that were in the frig were available to purchase because they had not been uploaded to the computer, and they weren't allowed to put items on our bill- ie charge them to the room.

Terrible! There were many issues.

Comfortable beds Dirty floors under the beds dirty tv screen , smell of marijuana in elevator and hallways

The location was great. Kinda away from the traffic, but still only 10-15 min away from everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn't like that our TV didn't work and nobody seemed to care. It had dates/times on it from Jan, 2023. It also wanted to welcome David******. I called to say it had someone else's name on it, but they said it was ok. I was in the right room. So David, if you stayed here in Jan, 2023, hundreds of people have seen your name on the big screen! You're a star!

It was quite No pool, No hot tub, was unable to purchase refreshments and snacks due to pos system was not working and staff was unable to charge for anything, because it is a different system. A/C in room was not much better than a fan. Elevator was extremely slow.

We got no breakfast and no food or drink was available on our late night arrival or in the morning except for a small coffee automatic coffee maker with no cream in the AM. See above. Also there were no safety handles in the shower. I am elderly and it made it difficult to take a shower.

The location is literally next to the highway. We couldn't sleep the cars were loud and floor reaked of weed. Elevators were slow. AC made clicking noises and slept terrible with bad pillows too

Newer, clean, modern, and bright facility right along I-75. Noise levels from braking trucks on I-75 (due to very close night construction) was disruptive to my sleep, all night.

There was noone at the reception when we arrived The room was nice but not really clean I found 2 hairs : one on the floor, there was another hair on the plate on the shelf

Wonderful staff Elevator broke

The staff. The Saturday GM was amazing. Laundry onsite was useful. Had to do it myself tho. No ice machine. He. We here for a softball tournament and need our cooler filled up. Total disaster. No pool. Elevator did not work. We had to make 5 trips to the 3 floor coming and leaving. Had to haul all that gear up all those stairs with kids. Awful. Microwave in room did not work at all. No pan or pot in room to cook with. No complimentary tooth brushes or tooth paste. Had to pay $5 for the smallest bottle of mouth wash. Just sad stay after 8hrs at the hot softball field.

The elevator was broken so climbing up several flights of stairs was a challenge

There was no breakfast available - it was an efficiency kitchen. The coffee maker was decent. There wasn't a hair dryer available; there were "items" from another customer left in the window sill. The employees were really nice. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The pillows were NON EXISTENT. The pillows were so squishy and mushy that is was like sleeping with NO PILLOW at all. The bed was like a rock - so hard and uncomfortable. I did not care for the mattress, not the pillows.

Large room with a comfortable king bed. Conveniently located.

No ice machines. Needed for water that we usually drink at night. Only supplied Ice cube tray
